Lamps never specifically said "vanilla." He simply said no actions and as many stated no actions don't always get told they get role blocked. One or two others claimed VT on Lamp's behalf.

Would those that argued no actions wouldn't be told agree or disagree that his role wouldn't be told he was blocked if the mod wasnt confirming a role block to someone without a night action this game?

To whoever silenced me N1, fuck you! There is nothing worse than watching people question your actions and then you can't do nothing about it, especially when I wanted to crow over being right about DS's bullshit. Even worse when the next day phase is gonna be on the weekend when historically I have almost zero time to post (was at funeral yesterday and will be on the beach for the Chesapeake Bay Blues Fest all day today).

Have not read today at all yet, since I may or may not have time, but I'd like to finally address badger's questions:

Yes, I was defending spin, because I felt that DS was using a D1 lie to exact a vendetta against spin for his skillful play last game as mafia that happened to target DS. I was correct. DS can argue that he was "catching scum" with his strategy but odds were he was killing a townie with his lie and his strategy got the town watcher lynched. Only thing his "strategy" accomplished was getting revenge on spin and that's not playing to his win condition.

I did note that the only thing that gave me pause was how he misinterpreted my question- I asked what result he got (re: spin) and instead DS listed the typed of reports he got, including the "both". I wasn't expecting a general answer on types of roles, and the guilty, not guilty, and both aspect was interesting, because suddenly it implied a survivor- SK would show up as guilty, right? So no need for that. It implied that maybe DS actually had a role that could imply the structure of the game. The rest of the evidence against DS told me he was full of shit, but this was the only part that didn't seem to be a lie (because, to DS's credit, if I was making a similar lie, I wouldn't have accounted for a survivor type role, given the "results" he implied). My actual expectation was that DS would say "I got anti-town on spin". So the gulty/not guilty/both thing intrigued me a bit.

Also- those who took all day to notice I was gone make me sad. :P
