Pomfrey- Is it hard to balance the decision of leaving threats in to shield you vs taking out people that can beat you? Which one of those are you leaning towards for this vote?

It's definitely a balancing act. Of course you don't want to go to the end with someone who you think will beat you, but if you go with people you think you can beat instead, what's not to say they'll see you the same way you saw the other person, and you'll suffer the same fate y'know? Right now though I'm not really thinking of who I can beat and who can beat me, my vote this round is based on who I think is my biggest threat to me actually making it to the end.

Fred- A late congrats on immunity last round, sorry for the rushed TC. After this vote we'll be down to only 7 players. At what point do you start thinking about who you want to go to FTC with? Have those conversations already begun?

I feel like the conversations have probably started but I feel like it's mostly internal because it's still early enough to where anything can really happen. I think it's hard to think about it too seriously until a few rounds from now.

Draco- Congrats on immunity! You received 3 votes last round so it's gotta be a good feeling to have it now. Do you feel any more pressure or urge to push your agenda knowing the vote can't land on you? Or are you playing this round the same way you would if you weren't immune?

Anyone other than me is sometimes apart of my agenda, so yes and no!

Ron- A different player has won immunity every round of the merge thus far. Does that mean that you're voting people out for other reasons? Or is someone going on an immunity run still something to consider at this point in the game? Who here would you say is the best at challenges?


I don't think we have a clear challenge threat in the game, no. I think people have shown their strength in challenges so an immunity run is still possible. I would say the best person in challenges is me even though I never won one! I have been throwing them all and really could have been the winner of many.

Cormac- With the Slytherin idol gone is there any talk about idols or other items? Could there be another idol? Could someone be holding another item? Do you plan for this or just hope for the best?

Blessed be, the idols are gone! Unless there's some super Hogwartian Idol about to pop up out of the woodwork I would say we're clear of those. I'm almost certain there are other items to play before the end of this game. I've seen a double vote be played, so there might be a nullifier out there. We've just witnessed another petrification after rounds of nothing. It's hard to plan when you don't know what is still out there so I just hope for the best.

Amos- You've gotten votes in 4 of the last 5 rounds. Are you worried this is because you're a threat? How do you avoid getting votes tonight?
Thanks for reminding me Ced! I think anytime someone votes for you its because you are threatening to their game. I'm sure there are people out there that want to vote me out, and thats scary. I just have to preach to people that I'll always be a target and a shield, so it's a good idea to keep me around

Mirabella- You played an idol last round that only negated one vote for you. Talk us through the decision to play it. Do you feel some pressure lifted off of you now that you can't be seen as a threat with an idol? Did people know you had the Slytherin one?

I think everyone here would agree that Angelina was a force to be reckoned with and her shadow still looms large over this game. There was always a possibility that she would be able to turn things around when targeted, so I really felt that there was no such thing as playing too safely in a round that it feels could turn out to be very important.

Playing an idol can take pressure off definitely, but it takes a bit of control out of your hands. I have to trust that people will have my back because I don't have a get out of jail free card to use in emergencies. Fortunately there are some people here that have earned my trust and as of right now I don't regret having used the idol last round to ensure some piece of mind on a chaotic vote.

I think it was a reasonably open secret that I was looking for the idol, especially with Angelina telling people she thought I had it, so I doubt there was much shock to see me play it. I likely would have received a lot more votes if no one thought there was a chance I would play it.
