I'm so annoyed, how the fuck did I miss this?

I think I might finally be on my first alliance with Angelina, Fred and the tall lady! Well it's not official yet, but the tall lady was suggesting it to Angelina and tbh I would be down for that. I think I would prefer Cormac over Fred, but I think Cormac is close to Lily and Lily is boring and it could get messy. But I'll take what I can get!

Also, what should I call her, Olympe or Maxine? I don't know yet

Oh it's actually Maxime...

So the Sorting Hat Angelina chose me for her tribe, and I'd like to think I was one of her first options but I guess that doesn't matter. Overall I'm really happy with how everything went down. From new Rictumsempra tribe, I had solid relationships with pretty much all of them except Newt and Mirabella, mostly cause I've never been on a tribe with them. On paper this would probably be my ideal tribe, but I feel like by ending up on Serpensortia instead, I can try and build relationships with people like Lily and Maxime who I don't think I ever exchanged more than five words pre-tribes with, and solidify stuff with others like Fred and Cormac, who were probably the two people who I had the least connections from my original tribe (from those that are still in the game). This also means I don't have to deal with Mirabella's idol (or perhaps two idols?) so this couldn't have gone any before!

First things first though, that tea I was served by Ron before we swapped tribes again. Exquisite. Ok it really wasn't all that, but it reaffirms the suspicions I had about Gilderoy. So basically what happened was that Gilderoy, who I thought was close with Ron, ditched him and joined Lily to vote out Rita because she was being paranoid and overplaying. Mkay. I mean, I really couldn't care less about Rita going, but the fact that he left Ron in the dark is really shady. It shows he has no real allegiances and he's willing to cut any throats to make it to end, which fine that's the name of the game, but now I know to keep my guard up while around him. He's just setting himself up to be the merge boot, which I'm fine with. There's greener pastures.

As for the Dudley boot, I don't want to scream karma but... He thought he was slick when he lied to me and Cormac about what he was picking, and even Snape read him like a Danielle steele novel, but I guess it caught up to him. Very fitting rep choice, a total dud if i say so myself.



As for what's happening on this tribe, to the shock of absolutely no one, Minerva skipped the challenge and sent us to tribal. I mean, we probably would have lost anyways, but at least she made this decision easy for us. I know I've given Minerva a lot of crap, but she's actually really sweet when she's here, she has just been incredibly busy, which is fine, but we can't justify keeping her at this point after having missed two challenges in a row, so she has to G O.

But what's in store for Pomfrey moving on?

The night of the tribe swap, I was talking to Angelina and she told me how Maxime approached her about maybe forming like a group on this tribe, I guess with each one of them pulling someone into it. Maxime mentioned Fred, which I'm actually not surprised with because the only other person she was on a tribe with was Lily and she's not like, the most interesting person. And then of course Angelina mentioned me, which makes me feel a bit better about everything and reaffirms to me that the relationship we have and the trust is not one-sided. Of course I had my reservations about this group becoming like an actual thing because like, I've never talked to Maxime prior to this and I didn't want to be just a number for it, but then I had probably one of the best conversations I've had so far with Maxime, so now I feel a bit better about it. Of course this round should be pretty easy so nothing has become official, but I think if we were to ever go to tribal again, Cormac and Lily should probably be worried.

As for my indivial relationships, I do consider Angelina my #1, at least on this tribe, but Cormac is another interesting one for me. I don'think we have like that spark I have with others, but I feel really comfortable talking game with him and I think he has my back for the most part, so I'm not ready to let him go just yet. If it wasn't for him, I would still be wasting time looking for that Ravenclaw idol, which is pretty sad and tragic considering it was literally under my nose this entire time. He also told me how he was the Heir of Slytherin during the round Hagrid left, which I don't really care cause it was Hagrid who paid the price so whatever. I would probably still have no idea about the Advantage event that was posted yesterday, so I appreciate him keeping me updated on all these things cause clearly I'm not as observant as I thought I was.

How boring. I hate people like this in ORGs that are all about female empowerment and want to do all-female alliances when like 95% of the people playing are dudes. "Omg we chose to play as a female, we have so much in common already, let's work together!"

Ok she actually just created an all-female alliance with all the females but me! Am I not feminine enough? Is that it? I'm a bit offended but also relieved cause I want no parts in that!

I was a bit annoyed that the deadline got extended because it meant another hour of Minerva campaigning, but she pretty much know she's F U C K E D so she stopped and we're just talking casually now, of course not without tearing everyone on her OG tribe a new one before. I'm sad we didn't get to talk more before because she's adorable and had she actually had time to dedicate to this game, I think she would have been a dark horse. I'm weirdly gonna really miss her.
