Kurtis blindsided. Kurtis was a frontrunner in my mind for so long so i feel this opens up the game more to the other people.
Jay picked a fight with Andrew after tribal went off air. Jay called Andrew out on being shady last round, but the only thing Andrew took offense to was being called a "punk ass bitch".
I can see this round turning into an Andrew vs Jay thing, and Joey and Jenn will put themselves into a better spot.

I think Jay has played really good but has been completely misted by Jenn in my opinion. Jenn/Joey are playing this perfectly, and if they are able to get through maybe 1/2 more rounds, they'll make the Final 2.
Getting Dustin/Kurtis out was a big mistake for Jay, but I think works really well for Alex/Mike. I also think picking a fight with Andrew is just a really dumb move, especially if Jenn/Joey do decide to pull the trigger on Jay this round (which Joey has wanted to do for many rounds now).
If Jay goes, I don't even know what happens. I would like to say that Gibson turns his back on Joey/Jenn and try to take them out, but would Harrison flip? This will be another interesting round for sure!

I think Joey/Jenn really need to do damage control with Harrison and Andrew and turn on Jay this round. Granted it will depend on who wins immunity but it'll be interesting to see how things shake out with the fallout from this tribal

Yeah, I think this round HAS to be a Jay boot if Jenn/Joey want to succeed. Jay has Alex and Mike with him wholeheartedly at this point so if they want to take him out they'd have to do it now. The problem is they screwed themselves with Harrison and Andrew now but even the two of them don't fully trust each other.
This round is going to be a lot of scrambling with the main storyline being Jay v Andrew I think.

[6/11/2018 10:31:17 PM] Taylor James: context please
[6/11/2018 10:31:38 PM] Ashlee: jay called Andrew out on trying to target him this round
[6/11/2018 10:31:44 PM] Ashlee: and called Andrew a punk ass bitch
[6/11/2018 10:31:54 PM] Ashlee: and so I can see this being a Andrew vs jay round
[6/11/2018 10:34:02 PM] Lizzie Esposito: L
[6/11/2018 10:34:03 PM] Lizzie Esposito: O
[6/11/2018 10:34:05 PM] Lizzie Esposito: L
[6/11/2018 10:34:33 PM] Ashlee: I wish I could have kept it recording but bc jury was watching I had to go off air
[6/11/2018 11:13:29 PM] Ashlee: idk why mike would make jay his picture
[6/11/2018 11:13:36 PM] Ashlee: like just tell people you're close
[6/11/2018 11:14:06 PM] Taylor James: Who do we think will go next
[6/11/2018 11:14:15 PM] Ashlee: my guess would be jay tbh
[6/11/2018 11:14:21 PM] Sam Loveridge: Hopefully one of Alex jay mike lol
[6/11/2018 11:14:28 PM] Tymler Poirier: yeah I could see Jay going unless he's immune
[6/11/2018 11:14:48 PM] Taylor James: Finally
[6/11/2018 11:15:02 PM] Taylor James: Crazy how they are the final 3 from that tribe
[6/11/2018 11:15:35 PM] Nick: lol is that screencap from jay yelling at andrew?
[6/11/2018 11:15:40 PM] Ashlee: I wish mike would go so we didn't have to deal with his hangouts issues anymore
[6/11/2018 11:15:52 PM] Ashlee: nah it was from a call with the 5 person alliance with joey and jenn when jay yawned
[6/11/2018 11:16:27 PM] Vic: I think Jenn's plan is to keep Jay in a little longer because she knows she's the biggest threat once he leaves
[6/11/2018 11:16:28 PM] Taylor James: Can the final 3 please be harrison/Joey/jenn
[6/11/2018 11:16:39 PM] Vic: Which she's right but its risky leaving him in that long
[6/11/2018 11:16:56 PM] Ashlee: I would target alex this round and then jay at 6/5
[6/11/2018 11:16:56 PM] Sam Loveridge: She says that but how will she get him out lol
[6/11/2018 11:17:11 PM] Vic: I think she wants Mike this round
[6/11/2018 11:17:33 PM] Vic: I guess she thinks she can rope Andrew and Harrison back in
[6/11/2018 11:17:34 PM] Ashlee: but like you have to be able to get the numbers to get alex/mike out and idk if that's in Harrison/gibsons best interest so where is she going to get numbers
[6/11/2018 11:17:57 PM] Nick: i could almost seen jay going for jenn or joey this round
[6/11/2018 11:18:22 PM] Ashlee: the jury is so mixed on who they'd vote too which makes it interesting
[6/11/2018 11:18:48 PM] Ashlee: although they didn't like the pageant answers of "we all made it this far we all deserve to win" with my final question

If I were Jay i'd play up that I did really well in the challenge, not give specifics, but that you think you flew through it, because if you were Jenn would you want both Mike and Jay to potentially get immunity? Probably not, so I'd play that angle to try to get Jenn to give me BL to save myself

Instead of what I suggested above (obviously i didn't suggest it to Jay himself lol), Jay has been trying to get Alex to quit to save himself...

I mean i 100% understand Jay's frustration with Alex not being around and him potentially leaving over it, but that's what happens when you willingly kept Alex in the game, knowing he was barely around.

THOTS DURING EPISODE 13
First of all, I am SUPER surprised to see Kurtis go. I thought for sure that Jay had burned too many Utren bridges and people would bristle at the idea of working with him. Ultimately though I think it was the right call, I think Jay leaving would've paved a solid path for Kurtis to get to the end and win this game. Jenn and Joey keeping Jay in is smart because Harrison and Gibson will likely never work with him over them, whereas Kurtis was trying to scoop them up. Sad to see Kurtis go but he played incredibly!
Okay now onto the remaining players!!
PURPLE KELLY ALEX
|
I am... annoyed with Alex. I understand that schedules get busy, I've definitely been there with ORGs before. But missing two tribals and two challenges (plus a possible third) is just crazy to me. I don't think anyone will take him out anytime soon because I don't think anyone could justify giving the win to someone who pretty much missed three rounds. He won't quit because quitting means he loses his jury spot. I want him to be aware of how this is annoying to watch, to host, and to play with. |
GIBSON
|
If you told me I'd be thinking Gibby could get to the end of this game back when the game started, I would never have believed you. I think that if Jay were to leave this round, he's standing a decent shot at getting to the end with a chance at the win, depending on who is there with him. He's been playing a solid game that I think most people are respecting. If he keeps it up and gets the power players out, he's got this! |
HARRISON
|
Harrison's really not been getting much credit in this game. Part of it I would say is that he's mainly stuck to Utren minus a connection to Kurtis, and thus has been keeping with some (maybe unintentionally)Utren strong plans when others are beyond tribal lines. However, I also think part of it comes from people just not really giving him a chance because he's not a well-known ORGer. He gets lumped in with Mike and Alex, but everyone else is a person who has been an active member of the ORG community and has been known to be a big, intimidating power player. I think to some subconscious degree (or maybe conscious who knows), people are influenced by a person's reputation in games when making their judgments, and poor Harrison doesn't have a reputation going into this game. Harrison's been playing a lowkey game in the merge but I think that has a lot of merits because it's letting him get deep into the game without people targeting him. Unfortunately people don't seem to be crediting him for it. |
JAY
|
I'm impressed Jay was able to take Kurtis out, but I think he made a big mistake in yelling at Andrew afterwards. He's so nervous about going home this round, but I think if he spent less time pushing people like Gibson and Harrison away from him, he wouldn't be in such a position that requires him to be worried. I think had he approached people differently, the attention would be more on Joey and Jenn as a power duo that needs to be split up. Instead, he's left himself with the biggest target on his back and I wouldn't be shocked to see him leave this round. |
JENN
|
Jenn made the absolute right call in taking out Kurtis this round as I mentioned above, but I think she's still got work to do to not be eliminated in the next few rounds. I think her best move at this moment would be to take out one of the more UTR players and leave Jay in as a shield for a round. I think once he goes, she could easily find herself as the next target. I think out of everyone left in the game, she is the most likely person to win against anyone else. |
JOEY
|
I could see Joey turning on Jenn within the next two rounds. He's a very smart player, and I think he knows that between him and Jenn, Jenn is perceived as the dominant figure of the pair and will be credited with a lot of the moves the two of them have made. For Joey, the best move would be to take out Jay and Jenn in the next two rounds to place himself in a great spot to win the game. |
MIKE
|
Mike definitely hasn't been playing the best game this season, but I want to take a moment to really applaud his determination to do his best in things. You can tell he really wants to be here and has the heart for the game. Mike is lumped into the same boat as Alex a lot but there's a clear difference in the amount of effort each of them is putting into the game. |

"Mike is lumped into the same boat as Alex a lot but there's a clear difference in the amount of effort each of them is putting into the game."
Yeah let's be clear, Mike and Alex are in very VERY different boats. Mike is giving this game his all even if he's not getting recognition for it, I think having Kurtis on the jury is actually going to be good for Mike if Mike makes it to the end because Kurtis admitted that Mike was playing much better than anyone realized and could be a champion for Mike
