Entry 1:
Day 1 to Immunity Challenge #1

OH MAN, THIS GAME IS SO MUCH FUN! I'm so excited for everything to get up and running!

So, going into the challenge I was a nervous wreck. General consensus was that it was going to be captain challenge so I was concerned that I wouldn't be picked early if I didn't win. The only person who said anything like, "pick me and I'll pick you!" was Kelley... and we all know how that turned out. Anyways, I was determined to win this challenge. I didn't win the challenge, but I did win the reward of learning that I suck at puzzles.

So when I saw the winners, I immediately wished that Hali would pick me. I must have racked up some good karma, because in addition to picking me, Hali picked Fabio and Jenn!

Jaruud Tribe, Best Tribe. We're totally the best looking tribe, that's for sure. We'll need to make up a catchphrase. "We don't mean to be jaRUUD, but your tribe sucks." ...No. I'll keep working on that.

So, First Impressions.

Hali: Such a sweetheart and super easy to talk to. She's super easygoing and I hope I can work with her. I haven't got her impressions of the tribe yet so when I talk to her next I'll have to see what she thinks.

Jenn: Also a sweetheart. I hope she's super active today so the guys don't default to voting her out tonight if we lose. I really enjoy talking with her though and she said she was happy to have Hali and Myself on her tribe.

Fabio: A lovable dope. He's funny and really chill. Our tribe is basically the No Collar with all of these laid back people. I love it. He said he really wanted to be on a tribe with me and Hali so I hope that an alliance can come from that.

John: I didn't talk to John at all before the tribes were picked, so I don't know much about him or what the others think of him. We talked for a bit about alcohol but not much else. I hope we can get a better rapport going so he doesn't target me.

Woo: I have only had really basic conversations with Woo. They're all "Hey Laura!" "Hey Woo! How are you?" "I'm good! How about you?" "I'm good too! How bout that challenge?" blah blah blah ad infinitum.

If we were to go to tribal tonight, I'd probably vote for Woo or John. I don't know much about them and feel a lot better with Jenn, Hali, and Fabio. I'm hoping that we can work together moving forward.

As for my opinions on the other tribes, I'm kind of sad I didn't get on a tribe with Kathy or Tyler. They were the two other people I really liked at the beginning of the game. They better stick around so I can try and get something going with them at a swap or the merge. Everyone else I didn't really talk to much...

Anyways, I think we have a strong tribe. Although, given how much the conversations with my tribemates devolves into talks about food, I can only assume that we're all morbidly obese. So no physical challenges please and thanks~ <3

Chonos seems like the weakest tribe just from my first impressions, but I guess we'll see tonight. I hope the challenge goes well because I'm not ready to turn my super serious player mode on yet.

Entry 2:
Immunity Challenge #2 to Pre-Tribal Council

Whoaaaa, a lot of stuff happened.

So at the challenge we lost Jenn and gained Matty. It kind of sucks since I like Jenn, but I know she's not long for this game. Girl just can't show up.

Anyways, Matty joined our tribe and immediately wowed us with his ability to solve logic puzzles. However, I've come to the realization that our tribe is pretty bad at coming to a consensus quickly. It took us forever to figure out our roles in this challenge and the last one too. I hope we can get out shit together.

Unfortunately, this challenge was not good for us. One by one each member of the team came back to the chat with bad news about their task. I was the only one who felt good about my task, but then Matt somehow posts like 400 times in 10 minutes! LIKE DUDE, WTF? ARE YOU MAN OR MACHINE!?

Everyone but myself and Hali messed up in this challenge. Girl power reigning supreme on Jaruud!

Once we realized that we would have to vote someone out, the mood on the tribe went from mellow and fun to somber. After a group <3 session everyone started talking amongst themselves and it seems everyone was thinking the same person: Matty.

I have spoke to Matty twice outside of the tribal chat, and he was one of the 3 people to mess up in this challenge. Honestly, I feel bad about it. His old tribe didn't want him and now his new tribe doesn't want him. It kind of breaks my heart. I can't worry about that though, it's the right move to make. Sorry, Matty. Hope you didn't find anything on exile, and if you did, I hope you aim it at someone else. <3

Now moving on, it's pretty clear that the next challenge is only going to have 1 immunity winner. That means we have a 2/3 chance of heading back to tribal. If that happens, I'll need to really solidify something with Fabio and Hali to make sure I'm safe. I'm starting to like Woo a lot more too, so if we end up heading right back I'll probably be targeting John.

Gosh, this all feels so real now...
