So, the vote was gonna go one of two ways - Debbie or Bobdawg. Talking to Misty, her first thing was “vote Jerry” but I made up some BS about him saying he had my back and would keep the vote off of me last round, and feeling uncomfortable about voting him because of that. So, our natural response was “ok let's vote Debbie then” because well, keeping Bobdawg in means one of the three “threats” in myself, Misty, and Bobdawg are guaranteed a spot in the Final 3. (YAY A DESERVING WINNER!)
Hey, I wouldn’t be depressed if Jerry won. (You just wanna make a vote with Jerry the mouse on it, don’t you?) Sometimes I think you know me better than I know myself. (...) Oh. Ok, that was dumb. (Huh, a crack in the narcissistic shield - we should note this day.) Where did you get a lab coat and note pad? (It’s a mindscape - there’s pretty much anything you can think of here.) EVEN - (Yes, there are waffles shaped like pugs. No, you can’t have any. And stop watching so much Gravity Falls, things are getting weird in here.) VIVA LA RESISTANCE!
Anyway, I was pretty down with this, but then I go to talk to Jerry. And he’s like, well it OBVIOUSLY has to be Bobdawg, right? Dude is an endgame threat, and letting him survive past this point is stupid when we have a “solid three.” And, y’know, provided that’s true, yeah it’d make 100% sense to vote out Bobdawg here. We’d just be one challenge win away from basically locking in our spots at FTC. (I sense a but coming.) I’m not really into fart jokes. (Count the t’s, dumbass.) Or math, for that matter.
The big issue with voting Dawg out, of course, is that I’m leaving myself vulnerable if Jerry gets greedy. He has no shot against me - against Debbie and Jenn? (The prophecy of the mouse will swiftly come true.) And hey, maybe he thinks he has a shot against me, if he plays the bitter jury card - of course, I intend to shut that down ASAP by saying we collaborated on all decisions, and he’s just as culpable as myself in that regard.
It might be a risky play against some opponents, lowering my strategic acumen, but in this particular case it minimizes the biggest argument against voting for me. And besides - people already think I’m strategic anyway. In that case, it’d come down to social game - and let’s face it, I’m the slam dunk winner there.
But that I’d expect a smart player to cut me - how I’ve not only survived but not even gotten a vote up until this point is like, the eighth wonder of the world. (Calm it down there, hyperbolas.) Huh, there really isn’t a way to use hyperbole as an adjective. (Mr. Hyperbole?) That’s just cliche. (Hasn’t stopped you before.) I am an INNOVATOR, thank you very much. (Christ, what corporation gave you that buzzword? Are we gonna do some team-building exercises next?)
GETTING BACK ON TOPIC (spoil sport) getting rid of Dawg leaves me potentially vulnerable going forward - provided Misty goes next round and he’s in the Final 4, odds are he won’t win immunity, and there’s a very solid case against him gathering the jury votes, just as Jerry outlined this round.
Of course, the issue is I can’t SAY that to Jerry, and any arguments I can make to keep Bobdawg are shut down by “our three is solid” and the obvious follow-through that he could win Final 4 immunity, fucking things up - Debbie can’t do that. (Never say never?) Your question mark says it all. (Touche.)
And I can’t just say I don’t trust him, which makes my arguments fall rather flat - the best I can do is he could help us beat Misty in challenges compared to “The No Show” and deserves to be here more than her. (Was that a wrestling pun?) Aww, thanks for noticing! These all are rather easily debunked, however, and planting my flag in the ground to keep Bobdawg could just piss off my closest ally and best route to the end.
There’s also my achilles heel in that, if I do let Bobdawg get to four and he SOMEHOW wins the Final 4 Immunity...well... (Second place flashbacks?) Yeaaaaaaah. I’d rather be one of the last jurors and play to win rather than be a losing finalist, even if by any metric I SHOULD win in an FTC. And it’s probably more irrational than it was in the past, but I’d STILL rather not risk it. Go big or go home, baby.
So, somewhat reluctantly I assuaged, and I’m ultimately OK with the decision - it’s a toss-up, and it’s not like Jerry’s points aren’t valid - ultimately, I’m choosing to trust him. This would all be so much simpler if MISTY COULD STOP WINNING IMMUNITY! ONE BLOCK? SERIOUSLY? (You seem somewhat upset.) Just a tad. (Just a Tad Strange?) Hey, you’re the one who told me to cool it with the Gravity Falls references. (Huh, I guess we’re a hypocrite then.) I - Er - FUCK YOU. (Cowering from that biting wit of yours as we speak.)
I need to talk to Misty and Jenn, convince them it’s the play to make - because it could very easily turn into a 3-2-1 for Debbie if I don’t, given Jenn’s vote switcher. Maybe I should even tip Debbie off later in the day. (Ehh...) OK yeah, maybe not that one - at least feel it out first. (Feeling out your wife, eh?) *sigh* I’m done here.

I may or may not have challenged Misty to a chess game for Jerry's life. And lost. (You are dumb.) Yes, yes I am.
So I'm not gonna force a rock draw. If Debbie flips, sweet, awesome, I'll go with it - otherwise, Jerry is gonna go. Sucks, but I've played every card I can at this point.

Welp, this may be it. 1 in 3 chance I go home by drawing the wrong rock, with zero votes cast against me, and zero intention of forcing a tie. Debbie literally talking to me right before the vote, discussing our options, and agreeing on Dawg - then promptly voting for Jerry anyway. I told her I would have voted Jerry if she wanted me to, but obviously she wants me or Jenn out DESPERATELY. I'm just irritated, to be utterly honest, and if I do go now, she's lost any chance at my vote.

Shane, unfortunately, reported it was taken - so I was like, OK then, obviously Bobdawg has it. So, to confirm that, I told Bobdawg “Hey dude I think that’d be fountain of youth? Go try that?” And his response totally tipped me of. It was basically, “Ehh, I’m not that bothered by idols - more things to focus on.” Yup, OK - he got it, no surprise there. Got the information I needed from that exchange.
I still dont remember this exchange lol
