Misty, girl, I think you would have done the exact same thing as me in this situation. You're a great social player, and I think you are in more juror's good graces than I am, or Debbie for that matter. Debbie did start the merge in the minority, and so her coming around and managing to make it to FTC is something to be worried about. However, I think people will see that, although her moves managed to work out, they were mostly reliant on luck rather than skill. If Misty loses the tiebreaker? Debbie is gone next round (and she might have stayed if she didn't flip). If Misty wins the FIC? She gets creamed and burns two jury votes at the tail end of the game. The move to go to rocks worked out for her, surprisingly, but that was all luck. A lot of the moves on her resume could have backfired just as easily. Her game wasn't well calculated. Misty? Her social game was on point. Everyone liked her. She earned enough coins from leaving players that she was able to get a necklace. She'd definitely have Candice's, Bobby's, and Joanna's votes, whereas I think Debbie MIGHT only have Candice's and Bobby's, and Chris will probably vote for her. I think it's way more impressive to be like, "Everyone who voted for me (except in a tied revote) is on that fucking jury. The person who came after me the last part of this merge and spent most of her time immune? Yeah, I beat her at her own game. I was a cockroach that people kept trying to squash, and I managed to outmaneuver all of those people and survive." If I keep Misty? I don't think I can really do that. |
