Well G4 doesn't exist anymore and neither does Ninja Warrior. Since they created American Ninja Warrior they don't acknowledge Sasuke in Japan anymore. After M9 dumped their programs, some other guy picked the show back up, renamed it Sasuke Rising, and now the 30th tourney is airing in like two weeks, although ever since Yuuji came around, Sasuke lost a lot of it's appeal for me.

I stopped watching G4 after its Cops-ification, so I was not aware. What's wrong with Yuuji? I honestly only remember that he won twice, nothing else about him. | | |

Well I know for me, my favorite thing about Sasuke was how insanely difficult the course was. (Sasuke 19 <333) When Yuuji came along it, as long as he passed Stage 2 he was basically guaranteed to win which kind of took the appeal away for me. Him winning the course was like.. oh well that's kind of a bummer when the course is supposed to be so impossible. Like Yuuji is a great competitor and deserves his credit, but it's just so much more appealing to watch everyday people take on the course as opposed to someone who that is literally their life, and all they do is train for the course 24/7. | ※第30回大会終了時点
