ROUND TWO

I knew it!!! I always say I am not going to speculate, but this time I was correct! OF COURSE there was going to be a captains challenge. Its not Sausage Island without one.

Going into it, I knew I needed one of my 4 to win. Myself, Dan, Ashley, or Ed. One of us needed to make some magic happen. And with that kind of challenge, I felt pretty strongly about my chances. Not sure why, but my gut told me I was going to win. And my gut is proving to be right these days.

So will this blessing that people talk about come true for me?? We can hope. Its either that, or I just sealed my fate with my picks. After the way the challenge went down, I was MAD nervous to pick Ed and Dan right off the bat. That essentially seals us as a tight 3. And I don't want that. So I took a swing, and ended up losing Ed. Bummed. But it is what it is at this point. Earlier tonight, Dan told me that Ed wasn't too keen on Ashley. So I guess that ends that?? Ashley wants to stick with me and Dan, and the 3 of us can absolutely kill it. JFP seems like someone who I will easily be able to drag along. He likes me, and he will easily stay loyal. Amber as well, but JFP can be number 4, and her number 5. That is of course if we want to just stick with the vets.



Ami has always given off a very good impression to me. I literally flipped a coin between her and Daniel as to who I wanted to pick first. She is continuing the good impression, and I am very glad that I picked her. I need to really gauge the situation and make sure I make the right choice on vets/n00bs. If I am right about Ami, we could easily work together through this game. I will take the next few days to really figure that out.


Sweet lil Amber. She doesn't leave much of an impression other than she is sweet. I'm hoping it will be easy enough to keep her close. I really don't see her making any big move against us. Just gotta keep her informed, and keep her feeling like she's not being told what to do.


Obviously you know where her and I stand. I find her hilarious, and I throw her sarcasm right back at her. Thats honestly what made us click. I get her. I am just hoping that she isn't going to start shit. Her persona totally gives off that impression. But I also know how well Ive done at bonding with her. I sense good things here.


Ok so I really need to get over the fact that he is Colton. Why pick Colton?!?! Ugh. But when I was making my selections, I went based on the challenge. He easily could've been doing very well at the puzzles. Either that or nobody was eliminating him. So lets hope he has some challenge chops. He also seems like a really cool guy.


My main man. Things are fucking easy with this guy. We know that we can 100% trust each other, and we will always look out for each other. Very glad that I was able to get him on my tribe. A solid two can do some damage.


So like I said, I flipped a coin to pick him first. I thought he was a cool guy pre game, so I figured we could bond. But the first impression I got this time was different. He seemed much "shorter" this time around. So my feeling was that maybe he was bummed? Maybe I just took him away from people he bonded with??? Who knows. But remember that thing about my gut?


I just gotta keep conversations going with this guy. I don't see him as a mad gamer, and I feel like he likes me enough so that I can just drag him along in a sense. Cool guy though, don't let me undermine that. But I do have stronger allies.

We got fucking clobbered. Cant say I was expecting that at all. I honestly don't get how they did it so quickly. They must have figured something out that we didn't?? Oh well. I know we have a strong tribe, this just wasn't our challenge. And as of right now, I feel pretty alright with going to tribal.

When you look at it, you think that the vets should just stick together. We have the numbers, and everyone seems to be getting a lot. Well if you thought that, you would be quite wrong. You have myself, Dan, and Ashley all tightly aligned. The problem comes with the way Ashley is. She is VERY sarcastic and troll like. To the point where it is just ridic. JFP has had some vent sessions to me about her, and Dan immediately pointed it out. I however kind of get a kick out of it all. I feel like I am at a very good place with her, and that I am the one who could potentially keep a control on her craziness. Dan is down to stick with her, but I think a small part of him doesn't like her.....trollness??

Oh and of course there is Amber. She's sweet.

As for the other tribe, you have Ami who I like very much. We just clicked quite quickly, and we do have a good amount in common. I would love to work with her in this game. With Daniel, I am a little more skeptical. I don't really have a full grasp on why yet, but I just don't know how much I want to play this game with him.
Earlier today, Ami approached Dan about an alliance of myself, Dan, Ami, and Daniel. Obviously we are going to go along with it and say yes, but we really need to decide if thats actually a road we want to take. I can see myself trusting Ami, but I am just not sure about Daniel.

Then there is Colton. He was just the friendliest guy right off the bat. And seemed to LOVE me! So I was cool with talking to him! We carried along a few good convos. And tonight he sheepishly came to me and asked if I wanted to work with him. It was kind of adorable. I like the guy, so I will absolutely see if he can stick around. The problem is.....a few people find him dull.

Jenn is...........uh, Jenn is just a waste of the Jenn character. I was excited to see someone picked her to play as. And she is just such a BORE. I'm sorry. But she is. She talks in the group chat so much, but then carrying on a conversation with her is like talking to a bowling ball. I just can't.

The perfect part about this week, is Ami and Daniel did the work for us. They know whats up, and they know a n00b needs to go first. So they brought their sacrificial lamb to us on a silver platter.
Jenn of course needed to throw a name out there, and she decided to run with JFP. I made sure to tell him that she was doing this, I need him to feel like I am his go to guy. However, the dude is kinda dumb. Earlier tonight, Dan told me that JFP wanted to vote Ashley out next round. Not surprising, so ok I'll let that chill for a bit. Now JFP comes to me, and says he hears a few people want Ashley out next. So of course I ask him who, and he of course answers Dan! What a dummmy. Clearly he doesn't know how tight me and Dan are. And he sure didn't think I would run to him with that info. But I did. And it of course got to him. JFP might be a lil player. So we need to keep every eye on him. Or he will be peacing out early.
