Tyrese stormed past the water and towards the Southern exit. He was pissed off and not afraid to show it. He flexed his arms and pushed the Southern door hard and fast, storming through as it swung open wide. The sooner he could get through the better.
The room he stepped out into was twice the width of a standard room. A light green hue hung in the air as he stepped across the floor. There was a door to the fast East and another to the South on the Eastern side. The door he'd just stepped through was on the Western side and there was another exit to the West. Near that exit was a stone face resembling an old man with windswept hair. Its mouth was open wide and it clutched at the shaggy mane with a curved palm.
Somebody had written in chalk on the wall here. It read: "10 W". Tyrese shrugged it off and set about storming towards the East of the room, trying to get as far away from the door as possible. As he did he paused for thought when he came across the trail of dried blood on the floor. There was quite a lot of it. It moved all the way to the Eastern wall where there was more scattered across the surface. And lots of holes for...
There was a clink noise suddenly as a set of razor sharp spikes emerged from the wall. Tyrese braced himself, knowing what was coming. Suddenly he was swept off his feet by the face on the West as it blasted forth a tremendous rush of air from the open mouth. He felt himself flying towards the spikes as he tried to clutch out and grab onto some railings by the wall. It was no use.
There was a thunk and a fleshy sound as the back of his arm was embedded in the spiked wall. He tried to crawl forward but the pain was intense and so was the gale that blew at him. Finally the wind ceased entirely and Tyrese was stuck by the wall. There was a thunk followed by an equally sickening fleshy sound as the spiked fell back into the wall. Tyrese staggered forth, bleeding from his back as he collapsed on the floor.
He was laying there as people clustered into the room.
"Are you okay?" Came a voice from the crowd. It was hard to make them out. The pain was intense.
"Like any of you care." Said Tyrese snarling. He spat at the floor and pulled himself upright, moving to the corner where he could sit in solitude.
It is now Phase 48. Phase 48 will end in roughly 24 hours from now.

Tyrese, let's think this through...you can still be redeemed!

Maybe they have to post first I don't know.
I do know that the healer probably would have tried to heal you last time and if so they would have seen you weren't injured.
Which raises a few red flags if that's true and they didn't say anything really.

Tell that to the likes of Mark and Dennis. I've had no issues before, until they started saying "he's scum, don't listen to him", and don't even get me started on that jerk off Dennis, whose only come on to post like once or twice the last few phases and what do you know, he's talking about me! |

Urk, we still don't know if Wilt's scum condition transferred to anyone else. It's possible a random person got it (not pointing any fingers, I'm just saying). A room that eliminates scum conditions seems way too convenient to be true. |

Exactly. You said you have been trying to do good despite your win condition and for that and as far as we know, you haven't acted against us. So for that, if you are being honest, I don't think you should be killed. |

You have to understand Tyrese you are in a corner now.
You have nothing to lose really as far as your win objective goes.
It's a hard situation to foster trust in to be sure.
It's not that i think everything you say is bad and people shouldn't talk to you,
I'm just being cautious and taking things with a grain of salt so that we don't look foolish if something does go down.
I appreciate what you are doing and I like that you are upfront but I fear under the circumstances we have here it's always going to have a bit of wariness to it.
I'm trying to be nice about it but I'm well aware that any hint of skepticism I voice must cut like a knife. |

Neptune's two paredrae Salacia and Venilia represent the overpowering and the tranquil aspects of water, both natural and domesticated: Salacia would impersonate the gushing, overbearing waters and Venilia the still or quietly flowing waters. Duméail's interpretation has though been varied as he also stated that the jolt implied by Salacia 's name, the attitude to be salax lustful, must underline a feature characteristic of the god. |
Is it telling us to go towards the storm? |

I understand y'all don't want to kill him, but I'm going to speak here as to why it's completely idiotic as to keeping him alive.
First of all, StoneGroup, all of you are hypocrites HYPOCRITES, to keep Tyrese alive. I was the ONLY one who spoke up for Ezra when we had him, I said we should keep him for traps, we should use him as bait, and he was willing to do this, but YOU GUYS decided he was to die. Ezra had superb notes, was just as willing to help, and was essentially a pack mule by his role. He didn't cause a single argument ever, and was pleasant to bounce ideas off of. And yet, we killed him, because he was scum, we wanted to risk the traps, and everything, instead of having him around.
Tyrese offers nothing to our group. He's argumentative, knows how to start a fight, offers no good or new ideas, and causes distrust amongst us all. He keeps no good notes, has no knowledge of the labyrinth and isn't willing to be a team player. On top of all that, he's attempting to boost Kristoff's ego, and that's really something we need. Great, we can use him as a shoe. NOT. We're idiotic to do that. PARKER RESET THIS VERY ROOM. What makes you think Tyrese won't do the same. Assuming the healer role is passive, he's going to get healed, and that's THREE WHOLE TRAPS THAT WE CAN RE-STEP INTO AND DIE BECAUSE. THREE. With all the walking through this labyrinth we're about to be doing, we don't need to be worrying about rooms we're going to be revisiting.
He's caused so many fights already, accused Airlea, just passed something to Urk, that I'm sure will cause another fight, and distrust.
So why the hell would we keep him alive? There is no reason. I say kill him now. He says kill him now. He's destroying us slowly already. |

Walton found the sword of Theseus, we revised the lists for what the groups will be when we split up, and there was an argument about secrets. |

There's a big difference, Mark. Ezra actively murdered two of our innocents. What has Tyrese done that is remotely as bad as that? Started a couple arguments?
If he wants to keep running into traps for us, we should by all means let him. If he becomes uncooperative, then yeah, we kill him, but as long as we don't treat him like shit he seems happy to continue exiting first for us. Why would we want someone else to die to a death trap if he's willing to take the hit? And I hope he didn't reset the trap to this room, but even if he did, what does that change? Someone else would've taken the hit if he didn't. |

If you all think I did so, have Lee's scanner check me. Trap is untouched. It's deactivated. |

And yet, we killed him, because he was scum, we wanted to risk the traps, and everything, instead of having him around. |
If Ezra had the power to kill two innocents he would in a heartbeat. He's actively against me, and it's no secret that he's tried to get his hands on the guns and the explosives.
Fine, you know what, when you get injured by a trap that's been reset, all the more power to you. Have fun. Cause I won't feel bad for you. He is uncooperative, clearly he's going to try and start fights, CLEARLY. HE WANTS US TO LOSE. We have extra lives, we have Kristoff to check traps in rooms. HE'S GOING TO RESET TRAPS EVEN IF HE SAYS HE WON'T. ANY SCUM WOULD. |
|
Like seriously, he's scum, just fucking kill him. |
|
tyrese resetting traps doesnt make a difference. for the rEAson rita gave. a trap would be active anYway had tyrese not stepped into it |

First of all, StoneGroup, all of you are hypocrites HYPOCRITES, to keep Tyrese alive. WHY DON'T YOU GET MAREK TO FUCKING SCAN ME THEN. I will GLADLY exit west, and then exit back into this room as well. I am against you because you are a condescending piece of shit and I'll be damned if I let you fucking walk all over me. |

There are better things to waste our scans on then your scum antics. |

I love the hypocrisy from StoneGroup here. Both Ezra and the Queen had excellent notes that they were WILLING to give, WILLING to be a part of group WILLING to be traps. Both were useful, and no, instantly killed with no questions asked.
Hypocrisy. |
|
I am so sick of this, please stop the fighting. |
|
|
|
Once again I missed the majority of last phase, was their anything interesting that happened?
As for Tyrese, he is still willing to go first, which is more than we can ask of such a person. |
Walton found the sword of Theseus, we revised the lists for what the groups will be when we split up, and there was an argument about secrets. |
Thank you Maria. I am aware of the sword. It seems I missed the arguments.

It doesn't change that he has a scum condition, but having a scum condition doesn't automatically mean that he will reset the trap.
Antagonizing him like this, however, might increase the chance that he will reset it. You know that he's scum and has the power to reset this trap and possibly hurt someone, but you keep baiting him. I get that you just want him dead already, but you're being stupid about it and putting others at risk. |

Ezra killed Kane and Culo, on his own accord. Even after me and him agreed we'd let the lab's traps do our work for us instead. That's on him. The Queen was acting on her condition, knocked us out, and tried to stir shit up all the time.
I, haven't harmed anyone, except your fucking ego. I have a problem with you. That is it. I've told y'all to kill me, and how many phases have I been alive? Nobody cares about your opinion. Shut the fuck up, and go tweet your problems or something. |

well. queEEn was a werewolf. i think if wE asked her to share notes. her notes would be a claw to our jugulars.
wE knew nothing about ezra or queen. or what they were capable of. we seEEm to know that tyrese is harmless to us. and we have items to use to prevent him from doing harm. it is much. much different.
i know he is under your skin right now. but it is not worth your breath arguing about it further. he wont live much longer down here |

Yeh why not, by all of your standards we should just keep the scum around, so I should go revive them to put them to use, eh? |
|
Tyrese just needs to clean up his act so we don't have to constantly worry about having a loose cannon try to harm us. Yes, it also makes me weary of him that he has a scum role and he's suddenly wanting to help us, but we can't dehumanize him because of it. Either we all shut up and lynch him so we don't have to worry about or everyone just calms down and we make this work. That goes for all of you, especially Mark and Tyrese. |

*sigh* Just kill me, so I can finally be with Sarah :( |

I'm sorry but I think you need to tell Mark to STFU, and Dennis to keep my name out of his mouth. Other then that I have no issues. |

##Lynch: Tyrese
I'd hate to lynch and run, but this is only if this vote is needed. I have to go and won't be on until tomorrow afternoon. |

Tyrese, Mark, kiss and make up. I hope nobody's dead when I get back.

We don't need to kill Tyrese. What we need to do is focus on our real goal. We need to find the Guardians and unlock them, and to do that, we need to work together and stop all of this fighting. |

so like I asked before Mark started craving attention...
West is a ??? on Boone's map. Should I exit there since it's undiscovered?
Also, now would be a good time to split. I'm done. No more fighting, but that also means I don't want to see Mark's butt ugly face anywhere near me either. |
|
This is the first time I've been vocal on such a case. I've done nothing but help my group out for 40 something phases, despite suspicions being thrown my way, so it's really nice to be thrown to the side as soon as we all meet up. It's a great feeling really. |

I guess? I am talking about the room relative to our position, so since we came from the North door, I am facing the South door, like that? Am I making any sense? Then again, my sense of direction is never right. Whatever the ??? on Boone's map is. |

We didn't throw you to the side as soon as we all met up. We're not throwing you to the side now. We're telling you to stop fighting with Tyrese because it's not helping any of us. |

I just disagree with lynching Tyrese. It's nothing personal, Mark. |

mark. looking at past and future maps. which way do yOU think we should go?
we could go east. explore that room in the past. then travel to the future and explore it there. but it neEEds to be parallel. tho it probably is.
we would also neeed it to connect south at some point. it does not connect to 5230 or 2830. neither has a north exit. it may connect to the rooms on the east or west of it tho.
or. we could go south twice in the past. to the basin room. and them go to the future. but we wouldnt be able to explore the rooom to the east |
|

it hurt eleanor. its a cage. it held her for a phase and dropped her onto spikes. then she met with us.
it should not be a problem anYmore |

If half of us teleport into the parallel here and exit East, then the other half stays here and go south towards the basin. we can start towards our goals and still explore. |

thats true mark. but it wont work out perfectly. the group that goes directly south will neEEd to wait. because the other group will take longer. if their route even connects to 5230
i guess the group that goes there first can open the crate. and wE can use the walkie to determine if its worth meeeting up for |

Not trying to start or pick a fight, but jeez, sorry I don't keep any notes or make maps, but unlike those two, I have yet to harm anyone. Yes, I have issues with 2-3 people, but that's it. You respect me, I respect you and that's that. |

the group that heads east at the crate may have the chance to explore east from this room anYway |
|
What is the current plan for the other group? I know that one is going to head for the stairs to look for Virgil. But it seems that the other group is no longer headed for the teleport room nor the storm? |

South West point of the map, explore there. |

the balcony wE saw in 9880 is promising. it is just as likely virgil is there
the storm and the teleport rooom will have to wait  |

On that note, Airlea, Boone, what do you think is the most efficient room to scan? |
|
Maybe a stupid question... but what if we try to put the tears into the statues mouth? |

I dunno, it just seems like a mistake to put that on the backburner when we have a confirmed guardian room and a possible means to get there. Buuut I'll shut up about it because I feel like I've argued this point enough. |

i know what you mean. but wE have to go back eventually. and it appears to be the closest one to willis' tower. so we may be able to grab that one last before entering the tower. *shrugs*
we may get lucky. and the strange portal room may lead there |

the creature moved away from us. this is goood.

Strange that it's not following us. It's not like there's anything else it's looking for? |

No, no, Rita. I agree with you. So since I'm bad guy tonight let's argue for it.
We received a clue that was a map that had the sluice gate on it, no? and that same clue told us about the arches, if I'm correct.
So if we know the location of the gate, and the switch, should we not be going up there to get it?
I mean, if Tyrese is offering himself up as a shoe, should he not be the sacrifice himself? Like, what could it do to him? Alter his win condition? He's already scum. |

we're unaware. ive been tracking it for a few days now. it has been lingering in this area but its definitelY moving. it may be more DV skeletons.
or maybe bear? fong claimed he was tracking them.
we cannot trust fong. but we did see bear at the start. hE could be roaming around
|

Not every monster locks on like cerberus, rita. The rest are probably all on an automated loop, or go strait till they can't and then make a turn. |

We have the waterways map, but we also have the scroll saying that we shouldn't trust Neptune.

Fong tracking Bear was a lie. |

Or maybe... it's Queen Werewolf. Maybe Eleanor just doesn't sense her anymore because she's no longer human (Eleanor's role is called the humanist, isn't it?). Maybe she's still out there seeking our blood. |

Waltons voice could have been talking about bear and frosti. |

my biggest fear was that the storm would kill one of us and then maybE not even allow us to cross it. forcing us back. it is based on nothing at all really.
i kept going back and forth on whether groups should go to the storm and the teleport or down the way we are going now.
majority seemed to want to wait on the storm. to see if we could find neptune.
we must go back later on either way. it doesnt matter tooo much at this point |

This is a huge possibility. I only wonder if she can still time travel. It would explain why she is not coming towards us, though. Assuming she is still player controlled, i bet she can only actually kill a finite number of people without getting killed herself, and staying away from the group is the best way to survive. |

Boone is there not a shuttle that leads directly to 6419* in the future? |
|
|
On that note, Airlea, Boone, what do you think is the most efficient room to scan? |
I think when possible I should try to scan for random rooms, to hopefully collect further information on other Guardians. I can also try to check for a past parallel to the Guardian room that we already do know about to see if we can teleport into that room. |

there is. this is a verY good point.
i forgot to consider this after airlea checked that area
its the red shuttle. while we explore, if we come across the other red shuttle. we could take it
that would take us to 6419. the gate control room in the future. we could then teleport into the past and hopefully switch the gate
thats a good plan. if a group finds the red shuttle they should take it. |
|
one other benefit of a group going east from here.
they could see if it is 6361. which i currently have far east. but we think the end of the river may be east of here

Which brings me to my next point. Town players win with the sword and guardian items being brought to the tower. ALL town players. Granted there are bragging rights for surviving to the end, but town winning this way is a clause to honor those who had to sacrifice their own lives for the greater good.
Scum, however, needs first and foremost to survive. They may have to be the only player left, or they may have their own separate set of items to collect but one thing is common amongst all scum roles, and that is that there is no such thing as post-mortem victory. This is why it is only risky keeping tyrese alive. He may be in a tough spot right now, but as far as his win condition is concerned, at least he's still alive. I won't cast a lynch vote, at least not yet.
I might also add that i think its stupid that mark is being looked down on so much for wanting known scum dead. I can understand looking down on him for helping tyrese derail conversation, but its just plain idiotic that the more common response is "tsk tsk mark known scum that has not in the open done anything against us is better to us alive and planning on how to gain the upper hand."
Seriously i wouldnt be completely surprised if someone suggested giving tyrese the sword for a phase "because we hurt his feelings and now that hes outed hes harmless." |

I think this is a good plan. If that room has no doors in the future but does in the past we wont even need to worry about working with a teleporter and the possible consequences of doing so. |
|
Boone, Airlea, if you look at Airlea's phase 34 scan.. we already have that very important. My guess is that it's somewhere in the SW corner which is perfect for our plan.
My worry.. is that it's to the East in the future of this room. |

it cant be the room directly east. because 5230 does not have a north exit.
it could be above the white shuttle. it could be far NE around the neptune area. which would be ideal.
or it could be SW
there arent a lot of options for a room laid out like that. which helps |

We don't really know the shape to the East though, especially because 5230* only has east and west exit. |
|
my mistake. it could still be east in the future.
because the room south of the red shuttle room. and 5230. could simplY be wall to wall with no exit connecting. |

Just telling Marek, since he seems to think my win condition is something else entirely.
Also, feel like I should point this out, since I feel like some of you often forget this part.
|
Everybody wants to win, and the competition to do so makes things intense and exciting. There's a lot more at stake and it's fun to watch unfold. We do ask that players try not to take the winning and losing aspect too seriously though. Labyrinth is very much about taking part and the journey. It matters more in the end that a good story has been told than whoever wins or loses the game. |
