I suppose this is more or less a confessional. It's hard to know exactly what to think at this point. Obviously, breaking the fourth wall, I know that more than 15 people signed up for this game. And I know that more were desired too. There has to be another group out there somewhere. They have to be doing something, someway, somehow. My ability will be really useful for finding them, but I don't want to share it with the group just yet. I wish I could share it with just some of them, but it's so hard to know who to trust. Thankfully for this turn, there was only one exit. I think in the future it may be harder to discern what I should be doing. Until then, I don't have much to worry about.

I am also deciding if I want to go back to being the cartographer for the group. It was a nice little thing I did last time, but I don't want to not be able to keep up with it. We'll see. For now I'm going to make one and keep it to myself. Right now, I don't trust any of these people.

Things to note about Phase 1:

-My goal is to investigate the labyrinth. I asked a question pretty related to that goal. Others may be giving away clues to their winning objective in their dialogue as well. Something to keep in mind...
-Andrael mentions fallen soldiers
-Ajax disagrees about map and layout
-Urk looted the chalk
-Theseus was first to exit north
-Urk followed Theseus
-Ajax, Peter and Talion exited north
-Balagor followed Theseus and then exited North.
-Stonehard exited North
-Wilt followed Theseus
-Airlea, Maria and Andreal exit north.
-Theseus claims he's going to leave us.
-Queen G, Pai and Dern exit north.
-Talion spits at Theseus' feet.

14 have exited or followed. We are waiting on Arimnestos, who I don't even remember from check-ins to be honest.

Jesus Christ. I can't handle Theseus. I think he's trying to pull a Shamar, for anyone that watches survivor. Threatens to leave, and then decides to stay in attempt to seem like a hero. I don't think the others are really buying that though. However, if it all plays out like that story, I can't wait for his med-evac. I don't trust him one bit. I really want to get the girls together and dominate this labyrinth, but we'll see if that can happen. For now I'm just laying low.

UGH WILLIS I AM HAVING SUCH A CONFLICT. From my interpretation, Pai, for all intents and purposes of this journey, is more or less a feminist. Yet, she is not a very trusting person either. So as much as she wants to just trust all the ladies, she knows she cannot do that fully.

Also a very evil part of me wants to lynch Luminous right now for the lulz. BUT I SHALL REFRAIN.

Phase 2 notes:
-Theseus entered the room first, and apparently had his sword.
-Strange purple sparks on the walls (magic)
-Wilt and Theseus attempted to attack the magic in different ways at different times. No result.
-Theseus was sucked into the magic from above.
-Urk became U.R.K aka three ducks.
-Ajax pinned Erebos/Luminous to the ground upon seeing him.
-Ajax exits North as people throw questions at Luminous.
-Arimnestos exits North.
-Airlea questions Maria about her signature which is "Don't forget."
-Maria admits her mission. Will quote below.
-Wilt and Arimnestos are not as trusting.
-Stonehard, Wilt and Maria exit North.
-Ajax is not very trusting either.
-Peter exits North.
-Dern, Airlea, Peter and Queen G all agree to help Maria find her amulet.

-Stonehard posts a new map (not as pretty as mine)
-Some of these people are tracking post counts?! Good to know we don't actually need to do that, but it shows how committed Ajax and Airlea are.

There's a ton going on to really sort through all my thoughts, but I'm glad I feel pretty caught up, even if I haven't read the introductory thread aside from the flavour text.

I'm excited to be in a new group. I felt like I couldn't find a great place in my old one, but I like Elenoar a lot and hope to like others soon too. I don't trust Kristoff, and he isn't active enough to have the item that he does. Though I know part of my distrust stems from wanting his staff. Whether it be used to find what I need to find, or a bartering chip, it will be a great way to meet my objective. I need to figure out which of these ladies (or guys I guess) I can trust first, though. Only time will tell.

But seriously, Kristoff has done anything but prove he's trustworthy. I'll be damned (no pun intended) if I follow him to my death. I will stay in this time period and attempt to collect an item to call upon one of the guardians. If one of the dumber, or arguably braver, souls wants to go back into the past with the man who can't get his staff to work, then so be it.

Pai Chan doesn't stand for illogical decisions. Have fun, followers. You are subject to your emotions.

Ajax, Dern, Peter, Maria and Airlea... We started this journey together and I am sorry to see that I am parting ways with each of you after only 3 phases. You have all proven intelligent, useful and/or brave in a multitude of ways, and your contributions to this labyrinth will be missed during our time of separation. Tread carefully at all times, my comrades. To those of you in my group, I look forward to working with you in the coming phases (with hopefully much fewer posts.)

So in an effort to not do homework (an effort that I'm normally quite successful with) I was reading some past lab stuff.

I don't know if this is terribly OOC to develop this mindset, but I really need to figure out who the butcher is. The butcher has to go. The butcher has won both times. It can't and won't happen again. I wanna win. It's gonna be tough though. I really need some sort of item. Right now, I literally have nothing. As long as we're in this group, the butcher can't kill any one of us without looking extremely suspicious. I realize taking down the butcher will require a bit of luck, but I'm up for the challenge otherwise.
