You reach out to the red chest and you flip it open. Hopefully something good lies inside...
You pull out a large book. The pages are worn away somewhat but you open it to read with care. As you open it, your vision goes strange and a voice appears in your mind.
"Speak of the fallen, and they shall rise."
You slam it shut with fear before you build yourself up again. Your father didn't train you to be afraid. With another swift movement it opens and your vision goes strange again. Another voice follows.
"Speak of your fallen comrade. Let them return."
You shut it and slide it away, pondering carefully what to do with it. | | |
