Butcher or not, I would be fairly surprised if there was no killing role. | ------------

I just don't want to be another piece in their game. I keep wishing I could think of a way to show them, that they don't own me. If I'm gonna die, I wanna still be me. |

Perhaps last scum who killed Angela is butcher, but we should not expect anything from previous games. |
Long live our Soviet motherland,
Built by the people's mighty hand.
Long live our people, united and free.
Strong in our friendship tried by fire.
Long may our crimson flag inspire,
Shining in glory for all men to see.

It's not so much loopholes so much as danger in scans. Basically any scan has to be tricked in a way to be said.
Because if someone is considered to be under duress, it comes up as inconclusive.

And all scum roles so far don't seem to have any sort of kills attached to them, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was none.
However, I really DO think there's a butcher. Every single scum role has had an opposite town role.

If you have the notebook, you can write a note and pass it to someone else. There is a set amount of pages and when they are gone, that's it. | A hero is no braver than an ordinary man,
but he is brave five minutes longer.

Which townie has had a killing role?
The General offered his for the scum hunter and even said "this is for the scum hunter"... Why can't everyone do that? | ------------

Kills would be made publicly. We would know who the killer was. It's more of an endgame role. | ------------

I might not approve of the general, but he has a fucking point.
We need a degree of trust to work together, but sometimes the element of surprise can change shit for the better.
