If someone can give a solid plan for how we can fit in waiting for Lee while still being able to release the guardian without having the walls cave in on us, I'd be all for it. But I don't see a way. I think we'd exceed the 2 phase limit in this room or the next and all die, but maybe I'm overlooking something.

Boone, do we know if 2223 has any exits whatsoever in the future?

Actually Rita if we wait and Lee shows up next phase the counter will reset.

And I assume going through time also resets the counter so i guess that wouldn't be a huge issue.

wait will our unaided portal power come back next phase?

If so waiting sounds pretty good.

2223 has an exit south. in the future.
i do not know if this is similar to the door that airlea saw in this room. the door with no controls. it may be.
or it may be that the map is shifted slightlYY. and 2223 has a room south of it that is not 9880. this is less likely.

maybee! maybe that is how we are expected to exit the room. once we teleport inside of it.

What if room 2223 has a North exit that is a one way door?

I passed the pistol to Lee, I'm now wondering if that was such a good idea :/

Every time we use the staff our waiting period goes back to a five phase countdown.

I don't know. Sorry if I seem impatient. If the group really wants to stay back, I guess I'd be fine with it.

I just think the fact that Urk will have the walkie gives enough assurance that this will all work out fine. And don't forget, we have a deadline to beat. 57 phases may seem like a lot now, but it'll evaporate quick and we still have 4 guardians to free. Letting Urk and Lee map out some more rooms while we're waiting around in rooms doesn't seem like the worst thing in the world.

Lee has a gun? Good I won't need a weapon, but I'll need a companion though. :/

To be safe, though it would lessen our numbers, a party of 3 should stay behind, no weapons other than the pistol on lee. This keeps any possible "alone with a person in a room kills them" triggers.

Especially if we can manage to meet back up sooner, like if the unenterable room's door opens from the inside. Also we do know for a fact that lee passed his walkie, correct? There's not much use of staying in touch via walkies if urk has one and lee has the other.
