I may be speaking out of my desire to fulfill my duty to protect my Queen but is that the only reason? I remember hearing someone mention Roth suggested that it would be best to diversify yet when I replayed his message in my head I recall nothing of the sort. |

I don't believe for a moment that anyone here is here by accident. We were chosen, for what ever reason, to be here. And that is why I think it best we try to split the teams as evenly as we can, instead of everyone following their old team while there is still an empty spot and making the others go on a team they didn't even have a chance to choose.

But again, this leads me to doubt more of Theseus actions. It was all to well done for him to disappear after crossing the door, too arrogant and fearless. He knew more than what he said.

| It was also made clear that flavor wouldn't hint at someone's abilities or roles. This whole thing just isn't adding up for me. I feel that Kristoff has an ulterior motive behind this request for being the leader. As Wilt pointed out, he didn't even bring this up immediately, he waited until 2 leaders were elected. |

| I guess if he does something fishy whilst in a leader position, we CAN just lynch on the spot...that thought is frightening, however...I say we trust him for the time being. I'm positive that there will be another way to time-travel if we ever do decide to lynch. |

And I wasn't referring to your presence when I mentioned flavor, I just find it hard to believe the staff/key would be mentioned and then you claim the election to leader determines it's usefulness. That's basically revealing someone's inventory in flavor.

Less people from today means less of the stench of mpdern consumerism. Besides, it is w fool's errand to walk these paths alone and i would be at least content to walk with a man formed from this beautiful eath as a leader. (though let it be said i have no patience for the assumption of authority amongst men.)
Also a third group in general is not a terrible idea as long as the numbers are still strong. Two groups an search the present labyrinth for the moertals and one can search the past one for th e sword. Now if only we had a way of re-grouping regularly for progress checks... |

Well that is what has happened. The staff is of GREAT importance so Willis needs everyone to know it exists. I will not reveal all of its uses but if I was evil I would not even mention that I can still time travel. You would have no clue and would be at a major disadvantage as we have to travel to the past. |

I believe we can only select 2 leaders. We have a while to discuss this matter, though, so it's worth discussing before we decide. I'm not entirely sure if I like the explanations we're getting right now about how the staff works. I understand that it can be difficult for you to explain, Kristoff, but it still doesn't entirely sit right with me. I don't understand why it would only work with you as a leader and why you wouldn't know for 10 phases how to make it work again.
I'll give up my position as a leader in heartbeat if the group thinks it best, but I'm personally starting to reconsider. |

| I don't see a special power being handed out to the leader making the staff work instantly. Realistically, the leaders may get some item that can enhance the staff and energize it right away. If it is an item, the leader could transfer it to the staff holder... |

I am not sure why it works if I am but if I do not it is because Roth is not here. My character is one with confidence/broken so it may have something to do with that. The same could be said of why others want to be leader. I know the staff works if I am, that is why I want to be and why I didn't even care before my thread was updated. ) |

Willis has become more powerful. |

| Right now Group 2 is lead by me, not Andreal. The color designations are just part of the attempt to even out the groups. The options right now are me or Lee, unless people decide to go with option Kristoff. |

| We are to have 2 leaders, so I don't think Kristoff would even get his power if he's not a leader, so making a third group just to "say" he is a leader, doesn't make him an official leader, meaning I don't think it will count unless Kristoff is one of our leader's, so I think the point of a third group is kinda useless, no? |
