We should make a rule that the ratio of past/present people should be roughly 50/50 in each group. We can put Kristoff with the past, bringing their total to 16, and have 8 and 8 on each, and 14 and 15 of us split. So one group will have an extra but that way we are even in numbers (for the most part) and in strength. |

I think a half/half mix is fairest so some of the "present" group don't feel isolated with the "past" group? |

| I think it was decided we elect someone, and then officially divide upon groups. We take things one at a time to avoid confusion. As soon as we have our two leaders, we can decide how to split the groups. |

I still think we should just get two leaders voted, one from the past and one from the future without saying "##Elect:". Then the people will decide who to follow by Electing again using the "##Elect" command. The groups wont need to have the perfect split of people. |

1.) You can unelect a leader and elect another.
2.) Electing means joining that group.
I figure you understand the last point but thought I'd make it anyway. |
