one possibility is to head north one and then east one and fetch the purple shuttle which would take us to the western side of the maze, only 3 rooms away from where DRRR lies. Only problem is Cerbie might get us before we can whisk away on the shuttle :/ |
It would take us two phases to get there. I think his movement would match up perfectly to head us off at the pass. If there's a barrier room we could push towards it if Cerberus comes for us. I like the Purple Shuttle plan but running to the beast head-on seems like suicide, unless someone else is right next to him for him to target. |
well he's going to move south one for whoever is down there, and they might move south or east, so he may follow them further.
We might be able to make it. It'd be chancy though.

(Shit, I was looking at the map with the Target and Cerberus flipped in my mind. If I could scope West I could find out his target.) |
there are 2 walls inbetween us and the person, but no locked doors, so you should be ok to look.... right?

There is a trap to the south guys...
Also, on the note of Ublaz. He was constantly harping to get himself cleared and lie detected, but after phase 15 he didn't mention it again, and when we suggested using some questions on the guards in order to clear people, he said that it was a waste, and we should worry about more important things.
Then of course he ran off alone with a shoe.

and when I called him out a single time about his opinion on the matter to be a bit on the shady side, he said I was overreacting, and then offered to sacrifice himself to the Cerberus because he we were quote "treating him like a moron"

Sounds a reasonable enough chap! A fine pair of shoes/boots you all had, then? If the shoe triggers a trap, is it gone forever? Or does it be depending on the nature of the trap? |
Whatever would have happened to the person happens to the shoe. This only applies to pressure traps mind you. Moisture traps are not set off.
Though i have come across a secondary pressure trap, where the second person who enters sets off the trap, or in the case of someone with a shoe tossed, the first.

Now I feel both terrible AND stupid for having Walter stumble off to certain death. |
We can still revive him on our way back to the door. All is not lost.

hmm, I don't recall what we got from Hot Potato. I think it was a key, it sure as hell wasn't C4 though.

Tonfa was from a battle to the death between Helios and Randolph. They battled with them and Helios won, gaining the tonfa he battled with (of course we revived Randolph a turn later)

Also that Baby Pete died that round because he was the last holding the Hot Potato, but was mysteriously revived. Was it by someone you all know, a lie, or could that explain why he went crazy when we lynched him? |
um no, Bagshot was with us at the time and whenever someone would get injured that would be patched up, but only once per person.

I say we head north. South seems dangerousish, and hoping the person to our west moves at least once or twice, the dawg probably won't hit us by the time we to to the station. Then upon teleporting, the dawg might begin targeting our new western location, only the thing is, by the time he gets there we'll likely have teleported back to our starting point and so on.
Then we can start traveling south from here, or something like that. I haven't thought it all out, but hopefully Drr has something up her sleeve, and if not, I'm tempted to go and see if we might be able to reach those stairs in the COS.

plus the combo of Merc and Mal mean we can both track mr. West and the dawg, and if the dawg seems to take notice of us too soon, we could easily turn back around.

well I know there is a locked door to the south west. Very close actually. But do we have a key?
