"Through me you go to the grief wracked city; Through me you go to everlasting pain; Through me you go a pass among lost souls. Justice inspired my exalted Creator: I am a creature of the Holiest Power, of Wisdom in the Highest and of Primal Love. Nothing till I was made was made, only eternal beings. And I endure eternally. Abandon all hope - Ye Who Enter Here"

General Korru led the charge to the staircase promptly. He wouldn't be General Korru for much longer but it was fun while it lasted. He marched down into the heart of darkness as the others slowly trailed behind. Finally he entered into the tunnels below.

It was pitch black down here. Occasionally, torchlight cut into the shadows along the walls but it was mostly just pure darkness. As they walked down the general span to look at something. A pair of eyes were watching. They were bright red. He shook his head. His imagination obviously.

"About turn!"

He marched them forwards. There was really no choice but to approach. As he marched he held his head high grinning. It was a good day to be in a dark and spooky subway. The marching continued for quite some time until he bumped into something hard. The something he bumped into yelped in pain.

"HALT!" Yelled General Korru.

The party that followed him stopped in their tracks. Korr grabbed a torch from a nearby wall and held it aloft.

"WHO GOES THERE?" He demanded.

The torchlight shone onto the face of Jeffrey Fernandis. It had been some time since they'd seen him but it was quite a recognisable face. He rubbed his head miserably and leapt up to his feet.

"Oh men, what are you all doing down here?" He asked curiously.

Malarkey hobbled forwards on his cane.

"The same goes for you." He said firmly.

"Woah, Jeff. What's happening?" Said Klaus curiously. The others at the back exchanged glances. They weren't sure what to make of the prodigal brother.

Jeffrey sighed. "Long story." He said.

Korr shrugged.

"ATTENHUT!" He declared.

"SHENANNIGANS WE DISCUSS LATER, AND THE CALLING THEREOF." He declared.

For now, onwards!

The group marched forwards. Jeffrey stared at them as they went.

"Oh men watch out for the..." He muttered.

"Oh men." He said miserably as they marched past. He turned to follow quickly.

The group walked a little further until they came to a minecart in the ground. Korr put the torch onto a nearby wall and shouted.

"ALL ABOARD!" He screamed out to the group.

Bagshot and Helios glared at one another.

"We're not all getting in that."

Korr scowled.

"I DO NOT DESIRE TO SEE SUCH, IN-SUBORDINAT-ION! ONWARDS ROOKIES!" He shouted.

Korr jumped into the cart. Happy grinned and jumped in after him alongside Baby Pete. Paco smiled.

"Hang dong-cart." He said. He didn't know what else to say.

Korr reached down and pulled a lever set into the ground. The cart careened forwards at a rapid speed. After some time, another cart would come hurtling the other way. The rest just waited patiently until it did.

Meanwhile Korr stared with insanity as the cart bounded over bumps and rocketed through the shadows. The passengers almost fell out several times. It was a very bumpy and unpleasant trip. It hurtled out of the darkness and into a long stretch of space with some lava beneath the track. Finally it bounded to an abrupt stop, sending the passengers hurtling out.

Korr watched as a cart blasted in the other direction. The first must've triggered a pressure plate to make it happen. He sat and shut his eyes calmly as the others slowly materialised. Korr marched onwards after just one group appeared. The rest would surely follow his lead.

"FORWARD TO THE END!" He shouted out.

As he continued onwards, he saw the blood. Some of it was dry but there was fresh blood here as well. He reached down and went to taste it before realising Hannibal day was yesterday. He coughed awkwardly and moved forwards. He found the source.

Lying in a pool of blood was the body of Raking Czair. His eyes were closed and he looked torn, beaten up and broken all over. He'd clearly been through hell and back. Korr shook his head. Above the body was a staircase leading into something with a tiny bit more light.

It was never pleasant to see a soldier downed but it was warfare after all. He paused as something rumbled up above.

"WHO GOES-A THERE?!" He shouted.

Two glowing red eyes appeared in the shadows and Korr's eyes widened as he dropped the general act with a scream. As he screamed a tentacle shot out of the darkness and grabbed him. The tentacle hoisted him off the ground and bashed him into the ceiling. The others rushed over hurriedly.

"Korr!" Yelled Malarkey as the tentacle thrashed him about all over the place. He was yelping in agony.

"Oh men..." Said Jeffrey closing his eyes.

The ceiling rumbled once more. A disgusting, giant serpent emerged and screamed a hellish scream. It waved a set of tentacles forth, trying to catch the others but they evaded. The creature had glowing red eyes and a leech like mouth. It was really quite disgusting. It screamed once more and caused the whole tunnel to rumble as it dragged Korr along the floor screaming.

The group charged after it. It bounded into a tunnel on the wall, trying to drag Korr in but Klaus and Helios rushed over to yank him away. The creature squeezed into the tunnel which caved in behind it.

Helios hoisted Korr in his arms and pulled him over to the centre of the group. He was battered, broken and bleeding heavily. He coughed and spat more blood onto the pile already filling the tunnel. Seemed like this thing had been busy...

Korr opened his eyes to focus but passed out cold as the blood continued to drain from his body. The group stared at one another. They needed to do something about this and fast.

There was a gurgling noise. The group span around to see Korru sitting up, rubbing his head in a daze. His body had been freshly bandaged. He crawled onto his hands and saluted the group.

"So...somebody else can go first next time..."

He muttered.
