I agree that resurrecting Helios/Klaus would be good, or maybe BAGSHOT or DRRR as well
I also think we should resurrect whoever gets turreted in 2 phases especially since they'll be close enough that we can meet back up with them.
if we sacrifice all 3 inactives we could get a bunch of useful roles back. Plus it'd be good if we revive people that Patty CAN'T inhabit anymore

I'm going to say it was a last minute thing he did to hopefully make us go "oh so you were lurking and snatched it, DID YOU?!?!" And then cave your face in. Or regular Klaus passed it to you because he knew shit was going to go down or was tired of carrying it since no one was on it. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

Also I'm going by his word that he can't possess the same body twice.
But I'm pretty sure he will still need them dead again since they pop back onto his list. So he'll be coming for us and he won't stop until the ones he needs dead stay dead.
Did Zelda have anything on her? That's the only corpse I can think of that he could squirrel into in the room behind us, unless he inhabited Helios once we left.
Wonder what would happen if we sacrificed someone in the CoS to bring someone back to life while this thing was inside of them? Would it just fizzle or maybe destroy him? | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

More on this - he knows I had it and talked to him, and probably figures I'd want to cuss him out after this, so instead of letting me snatch it off the floor he gave it to you. He also knows you were the third person that was in the pool of people that were going to talk to him. Me, Klaus, and you. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

Also we should consider the outside chance of this not being Patterson.
It's weird to me that when it possesses a body away from us, it can talk to us fine, but when it shows up among us it can only talk in Latin. Either Wikey (who we are trusting at both Alex and his own word to have died by turret at Roth's hands - how did Wikey know about the Turret Computer anyway? And Roth specifically?) Or one of the three people you left behind does an amazing job in mimicry. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

SE corner that looks like a shuttle line, what is that? The red, near completed square. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

Im betting 8534 is where we'll find the sword cuz that's the alcove with items and its right outside the exit. Seems like a likely place for it to be hidden

I still think the sword is a shiny Patterson and the worthless Guardian told us about to keep us stumbling into traps. I think Malarkey is the only one that saw this tin foil hat theory from me:
I think the Machete was thrown in as red herring. To make returning players think that there's a Head Hunter. A thing the Hacker tried to play off of the fear of. What would be better to take off the head of a villain in one game than what took off the heads of the heroes in the first? It would be fuck you to meta gaming.
That being said, there's nothing we can really do but stumble around in the unknown, since even if I am right and the Machete is all we need for Charon, then who the hell knows where it is now. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |
