I feel like swallowing the barrel of my rifle. So much to consider, contrast, and compare. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

Are we close to any of those rooms that you suspect -could- hold the sword, if there is a sword?
It's also weird how some bodies offer this thing more life than others. He had 5 days as Bagshot, but only one as Hupu? What was Hupu's claim? | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

This person said he doesnt like us 3?
I did kinda mock Wikey when I ousted him as scum in the guard room, im pretty sure he wants to kill me.
Other then that im not sure. Curtis always seems to like killing us.

He said it was for various reasons that he didn't trust/like the people I listed, I think, so me asking you who all three of you bumped heads with was probably a waste of time.
Just found it weird Alex is the only one he was casting suspicion upon, but there were other people he did not want to talk to. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

Fuck me. And you said the closest person was far, far away, right?
Which section of the Labyrinth do we have to get to before we hit these rooms? Or are they all spread out throughout the other side of the map? | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

Well this is just bizarre.
Did you ask him what happens if he can't find a body to inhabit?

The room with the gigantic staircases is what you said was the exit when we first met up, right? I remember you saying you all got a peek at it and there were big staircases.
Definitely not there. I would hope not anyway. |
nah its a different one. It says the door at the top has a gigantic lock and there's light peeking thru

we don't actually know where those rooms are, can only speculate based on the empty spots of our map
I think 9884 is pretty close to the end of the yellow shuttle FWIW

It also sounds like he doesn't really control himself. He just goes towards the closest dead body, but he also says he gets a list of dead bodies and... I like how he called Alex's role convoluted when reading his back it be a bit WUT itself. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

Shit, I forgot you said you couldn't see some rooms. Such as the Subway.
What is the plan now? I know we were en route to get Rose back (if she's alive irl) but then what? Start pushing as fast as possible to unexplored rooms?
There was also that game we as Team F passed up on our frantic way to you. The Sword could maybe have been a reward, but it would cost us a person and the Eye didn't make the prize sound all too special. Which might have been the point, to hide its importance. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

Also, and I don't expect a truthful answer to this but, you can't win with us, can you? Sane prisoners, that is. |
Its probably possible, but it would require a very specific set of circumstances. So no, most llikely eitheer you all will win, or I will. My tasks are already difficult enough to attain without trying to ensure such a narrow set of cirmcumstances occur. I dont see us as enemies though. I would much rather we share info that we're both comfortable sharing.
|
Any information on what Wikey's plan is? Is he tied to Cerberus? |
Will devle into this a little deeper later, but I do know his win condition. Very standard Butcher condition. He had to kill us all. Even though I'm not alive in the technical sense, my eelimination is required for that as well. And I'm fairly sure he had the capacity to do it. |
|
|
Also the Cape should have been on Wikey's corpse since we think he killed Iron Face.
Alex said he didn't tell us about the medikit at the time because I was super distrustful of Bagshot and didn't want to meet up with him or some such. Which, to his credit, is the truth. And Iron Face might have struck out his own or something.
Wikey's corpse should have had a few things. |
Wikey's corpse was loaded, basicallly everything you could ever want, but i can only carry a single item between corpses, and this is the most useful of what he had for my purposes. I dont ove in the traditional sense, so the cape didnt seem like it would have much worth to me. I'd ratheer have someone to talk to. These phases are rather long alone.
I'll be able to pick apart that claim about the medkit later (food is here!), but... I'm sorry, not mentioning the medkit is not excusable in any situation. Withholding lifesaving information... |

Flavor for the game the ragged remnants of Team F passed up. Donovan wasn't a possible participate even by us forcing him and couldn't exit rooms first, or we would have done it.
|
|
Donovan walked through the Western exit, shaking his head silently. He didn't want to do this anymore. He was cranky as hell. Still he opted to do it so he walked into unknown territory. The others followed closely behind.
The room beyond was dark and basked in an eerie red light. The red light seemed to emanate from the lake of fire that was stretching deep below everybody's feet. Ninefingers walked past the silent Donovan and glanced at the terrain. The ground was covered in dark black rocks. In the middle of it all there was a series of gratings that bobbed up and down unpredictably.
Ninefingers mused staring at the leaping gratings. It seemed that a jet of fire occasionally licked their undersides and caused them to fly upwards a small amount. Alex joined him as he stared. There seemed to be no point to it but the grates were not fixed down very well.
Glancing upwards he could see that a shuttle tunnel came in from the West and arced towards the South. G lurked in the shadows watching silently. Walter looked around in confusion. There weren't many of them around these days.
As they looked on at the bobbing grates, a voice boomed out from near a monitor on the wall. The eye appeared on a red screen.
"Fascinating isn't it. The lake is unstable here and occasionally it will jet up a stream of fire. Those grates were placed at the points the jets occur. However just once, the flames will rise beneath every grate and send them hurtling up into the air. They continue until they smash into the ceiling."
"It was only fitting that I made proper use of the fire jets in here. How about a little game? You are small on numbers but I have a useful item to give away. The objective is rather simple; all interested parties stand on the grate. At least two must participate."
"You wait for the fires to blast up and send the grates hurtling. Once the grates rise, you must jump away before the grates smack into the ceiling. The very last person to jump, will unfortunately not make it. They will be crushed. The penultimate jumper, however, will win the prize."
"Relatively simple and a lot of fun. I'll leave it up to you all to decide if you should take the leap or not. After all, you are dwindling greatly."
The voice vanished. The group continued to look on at the bubbling grates.
You can opt in to play rising fire. At least two people must opt in before the game will start. Vote to opt in using ##Play: RF.
You each have about 19 hours to move through an available exit.
