There was a tremendous buzzing noise from up above. The group looked around nervously. Out of nowhere a beam of light appeared in one of the gaps that covered the ceiling. There was a murmur amongst the collective group as the light blasted down. Everybody jumped for cover, not that there was much on this platform.

Raking Czair was a little slow on the uptake. He looked up nervously as Malarkey hobbled to the side.

"Raking get down!" He yelled. Raking Czair panicked and ran to the side screaming as the light swerved around to catch him full on. He yelled out in dismay as it covered his entire body.

And a second later the light had completely disappeared.

So had Raking.

Aw motherfucker.

Did he warp himself back to the Sanctuary for some reason?

I don't like this.

Did he have anything other than the Grenade?

He had the compass, but we know where the door is anyways

Compass, but we already know where the exit is so it's not exactly a big deal.

Flavour doesnt really fit with sanctuary teleport me thinks, he seemed just as surprised as we are.

Maybe the other group found a "beam me up scotty" device and decided to help Jeffrey win?

That's possible.

Worst case scenario is that the other group/Jeff found a way to warp him to them so that he can be killed

I can't imagine what he was trying if he warped off alone, though.

Really if that's the case then it doesn't really matter to our group as a whole, all it means is we have one less guy and one less weapon. Maybe it will make the other group less hostile towards us since we don't have to worry about those two guys having to kill each other.

I am quite sick of us losing people though.

If the other grouped warped him im sure he will use his sanctuary powers to warp back there.

He knows where the key is and will probably try and meet up with us there, if he survives.

He also supposedly has an extra life so even if they do manage to kill him he can still escape.

Yeah sucks losing people, we went from 14 down to 10 in 3 phases. Pretty cruel, and we have a long journey ahead of us.

Well at least everyone now has the same winning condition
