Yeah, that's something that has never resolved itself. If Baby Pete used the knife (and he did, because Jeff couldn't use it that round) why did it just neuter him and take away his Cerberus sense? Bulletproof at the expense of his power? | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

Before we met you guys Helios opened a crate which blew up but he only lost his self revive. I could understand that being some preplanned event but the knife thing honestly makes no sense to me.
It cant be that the zombies only hurt since we just saw Klaus shoot Helios in the face.
Its a mystery! | |

This was the flavor:
|
The Baby grinned up as it mumbled away in strange tongues. It reached into the pack and pulled out a very sharp knife. Grinning at the group, the baby thrust an arm forth and sent the knife careening into Mercator.
With lightning reflexes as the knife lurched towards him, Mercator jerked his body backwards to escape the blade. It sunk itself fully into his groinal area.
Mercator yelled out in sheer agony as tears flooded his eyes. He rolled on the floor screaming and squealing as the knife lay upright in his nether-regions. Looking down through the tears he pulled the knife out with a horrifying plop sound and hurled it onto the floor. He crawled over to the corner of the room and cried his eyes out, trailing blood behind him.
There was a terrified silence as the group looked at the zombie infant in horror. |
Besides being painful to re-read, it looks like Patterson intended for the knife to kill Merc. I thought he stabbed him directly, but he actually did throw it. Huh. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

I'm still not convinced Patterson and this thing possessing are the same thing.
It's just too weird. I think someone mentioned maybe it having to do with those spirits that knocked us all out? Did we ever expound on that or just kind of dismiss it? That the lab notes were alluding to? Five (new) candidates for Project Harrow.
It's just weird to me that it can speak to us fine when it possesses someone and gets on the Walkie, but when it does it in the same room it's speaking Latin.
Do you have any notes on what you guys were doing during Phase 4? It is the phase that five of us showed promise to whoever was making these notes in the lab. We discovered the CoS that round.
According to the sparse notes I have on you all from early on that was when Wikey got stuck in a cage and Roth was struck by lightning? Donovan had his face singed by an errant flame in the CoS that turn and Brock fled from us.
Did any other events or people stand out that phase for you all? | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

i'm fairly confident that was nothing more than the role changes some ppl got that round. Raking, me, ublaz, and Wikey we pretty much knwo for sure. And according to Patty, Alex is the 5th
but yes I do think Patty and zombie Pete/Klaus are different. Patty just doesn't seem that malicious... obviously he could be lulling us into a false sense of security but I dunno, just doesn't seem to fit

The latin UnKlaus was speaking was all very apologetic. Even his response to me spitting in his face and cursing him. So in one way it fits, but you turn it around and then it doesn't fit. If this was Patterson, he has entered an alliance with someone else to kill us off. Much like he did with Wikey when he was going to kill us (remnants of Team F). Or that partnership never ended as the spirit said it did.
What was the quote Baby Pete used? It was latin too, but you all knew that one right away. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |

Has he come onto the Walkie for your yet, Jeff? Because I talked to him and while he didn't seem malicious, it was obvious he was obscuring things and was going to do what he needed to do to make sure he wins if possible. Him winning with a bad guy would apparently be more likely than him winning with us, since he struck the deal with Wikey but didn't bother to try to work something out with us.

I think Frosti wants me to think it's him doing all this. =P
Granted, Vernon WOULD be the best choice for some sort of killer, but I don't think so after all the different deaths and whatever...
Anyways moving on...
Jeff what was your role before and after?
