| The fact that it's currently at 50% makes me think that it drained down to that since it was used last phase. I bet each phase the success rate gets higher |

Ratio currently at - indicates that the ratio has changed, or changes as time goes on. To me it seems like a kill down here would be 100% no matter what. The Ojo wants to see death and destruction. I do feel like they hate Leos and Frosti equally and enough to either stick around or come back to whatever machine they found that would allow them first a 100% kill rate on Leos and then again for a 50% kill rate on Frosti. | In this world the weak are always the victims of the strong. |
