Klaus walked through the Northern door. He took a moment to look back at Paco with a frown. He had no idea what all that was about but oh well. No sense in dwelling right? He eyed up the scenery and...wow...

What a view. What wonderful architecture. He traced his hand along an ancient temple wall with a smile. It was all inset. It would look much better on an open cliff-top but it was still an impressive looking replica. Overhead the lighting even looked like a rising sun. It was beautiful. Breath-taking.

He paused as he picked up the shoe, curiously. He flipped it over in his hands a couple of times. Didn't seem to have had any impact. How strange. But there was supposed to be a trap wasn't there...?

He glanced around at the ceiling. No white boxes...so what was the...

He frowned. Why hadn't the shoe worked. Surely the shoe worked on all. Oh what the hell...

He leapt to the side of the room as a variety of whooshing sounds filled the air. One of the sounds resulted in him clutching his neck in agony. The door opened as the rest of the group walked in. Klaus pulled a dart from his neck and threw it to the ground.

He stumbled a little after and crept over to the wall. An angry looking demonic head glared him down with a slit for its mouth. Klaus shook his head. So beautiful yet so...deadly. He turned around to the others, sweating profusely.

"L...let's....m..move on...." He said exhaustedly.
