Therefore, whether or not it is "cheating" is subjective, and each tribe will have their own opinion on such a matter. We are trying to avoid this from being an issue and trying to be as fair as possible by reaching a happy medium where both tribes can be happy. |
It is not cheating. it was plainly visible text that was in the body of the post and anybody could of seen and dodged. There were NO rules against doing that.

| When I posted at :37, I went off my :32 post since I know that my :33 doesn't count. I wanted to delete it but didn't know if we could and didn't want to be DQ'd. So if the :33 didn't count, you shouldn't have based my next post from that post time. |
You do have a point there, but we should have also clarified that a penalty for posting early was a new wait time. However, as there was no rule in either direction, we can basically consider that issue resolved, because the original five-minute wait time would then take a priority.
Kim would indeed be out by that post, however, we should have clarified a ruling by the time she would have dodged it, so it is somewhat unfair as she honestly believed that Angelia was out of the challenge. However, one argument is that Kim should have done it anyway to keep safe, and to be fair, she should have done just that. |
There is no reason I should of dodged because she was OUT, because there was no reason for me to think that she wouldnt be out because I FOLLOWED THE RULES and eliminated her. I wouldnt of assumed that I had to dodge snowballs from anybody else who was out.

No. that is not at all the happy medium. Angie was out when she threw that snowball, plus even at :37 it was not five minutes from the last time she threw because of her other one. Its totally unfair to say that Angies post should count because she didnt ask about deleting and mine shouldnt because I didnt ask about using quotes. either both of ours should count because there was no rule against it or neither should because there were rules that we werent told about.
the fairest way is to do another challenge because the ONLY reason why we should have lost is because of rule changes. under the original rules Angie would be out before she threw, Dave would be out and it would be me Shane and Erinn. | I will prob not be able to be here til midnight |
