His training was going well. Farlig had completed the first six months of police academy, and only had a couple months left to go. At that point, he would be eligible to apply to any posting that he wanted, anywhere in China. He wasn't quite sure what field of police work he would want to go into yet, but specialization didn't normally happen until the last month of academy.

During his training, he served as an intern with the local law enforcement brigade, worked as a public safety officer, sat in on a couple of cases with the MSS, and finally shadowed a detective investigating identity theft. They all were interesting positions, so making a choice would be difficult.

On his way home from the academy, he decided to stop for dinner. He went into a small diner, made sure to flash his (temporary) police badge around to get his discount, and ordered his meal. After filling himself on some greasy diner food, he paid his bill but stiffed the waitress on the tip. He sauntered his way back out to his car and climbed in.

"Man that was good" he said. "And you should have seen the look on the waitresses face when she saw I didn't leave a tip!" Farlig laughed with himself at that one.

Just then, a voice came from the back of the car.

"Here's a tip, quit being an asshole" said the mysterious voice.

Before Farlig could even turn to see who it was, two shots rang out, hitting him in the back of the head, killing him instantly.

Yeah probably because it's a multi-faction game.

Also I completely missed EOD AGAIN yesterday because I was playing Civ V yesterday and lost track of time. But I won as Japan, so it was worth it.

Makes sense! Do we know is SK aligned with town?

SK is never aligned with town lol.

I mean, they can choose to take a town-sided approach and choose their kill targets based on what they think will help town, if they choose to play that way, but they're only de facto aligned with town in that case.

But apparently there is still either an SK or a town-aligned killer left in the game.
