Rodney was working from home by government mandate so the sun had come up a few hours early. It caught some of the townsbots by surprise.
The robots gathered at the town square, their numbers had dwindled so far that it was now much easier to keep track of everyone. The group did a once over and noticed everyone was standing there....
Ahoda pulled a pair of reading glasses out of his pants and read down his cast list aloud just to be sure....
"Me, check, Curt, check"
Curtis nodded
"Havo, check"
Havo nodded
"Herm, check"
Herm stared blankly at Ahoda
"Spin, Primate, Nav, Reaper, Spencer, Tib, Vic. That's 11, we're all here, right?"
"That's right" said Spencer
"Then why does something seem off?" Questioned Ahoda
Ahoda looked at Herm who was leaning straight up against the wall
"Am I missing something, Hermy?" Ahoda asked
Herm didn't respond
"You okay, Herm? Lookin a little pale..." Ahoda pushed his beaded reading glasses down his nose and took a closer look at Herm. His eyes were wide open but he was unresponsive, between his eyes was a giant hole going all the way through and into the wall behind him. Ahoda snapped his fingers in Herm's face then tapped his head. Herm tipped over forward like a 2x4, The hole behind his head went deep into the city hall wall.
"guess there's only 10" said Ahoda
HERM HAS BEEN KILLED

The townsbots didn't have but a few seconds to mourn their loss when an ear-shattering screech came from the loudspeakers.
The robots turned their attention to them, they crackled then made the usual announcement....

Herm is an odd choice for a kill. Makes me think Primate had something to do with that.
I have no time right now for this game. I have to find time to record 5 new videos and then be available all day tomorrow for digital meetings with students. I'll try to check in at least once before deadline, but I can't make any promises. I'll fully accept a lynch, if it's deemed the best course of action. | | |

I mean.. is he an odd choice? I think EOD mostly cleared him, I guess it could be argued that it was an attempt at deflection when he knew Vern would be lynched anyways, but it seems like a pretty honest attempt to change things to me.
Anyways, I feel validated but also disheartened because now I have no fucking idea what to do, and think it might be too late to turn things around anyways.
I guess I feel the best about Reaper and like... Havo? Vic maybe? | | |

I'll say I agree he seems odd, and I will def agree Primate must have done something here. | Rodney is a great guy. Oops, nevermind he's a terrible human being.
He likes his sandwiches to be Turkey and Swiss. Triangle cut. Let vern have his crust. Poison the part Rodney eats.

Hmm, I thought there were one or two less people still alive than there were, I guess things are still fine if we're good from here on out.
I don't really BLAME any town for going with Vern, because I think it did feel like there was a lot of inconsistency and I couldn't explain logically why I felt the way I did anyways.
I'm pretty onboard with Spin again. I think it feels weird to put Vic and Curtis together because I feel they've been at each other's throat all game, but I don't recall it every being backed with actual action so I don't think it's impossible that it's for show.
I haven't claimed, I still think it's probably more beneficial that I don't here, but if it'd help others to trust me more I don't think it's a massive deal at this point either. | | |
