The power failure was just the opportunity the SWAT team needed, to make their approach and try to gain entry into the building.

"Guys, let's hit them now, while the cameras are down, and they can't see us coming" said SWAT Captain Mitchell.

The SWAT team progressed up the grounds towards the front door, in a two-by-two formation. One of the members quickly started working on disabling the lock on the door. Just then, the power came back on, and the SWAT members were now very visible standing in front of the door.

It didn't take long for the terrorists to open fire on the SWAT team before they could take cover. The team quickly retreated behind the concrete wall, but the news was not all good. Captain Mitchell had been hit in the leg, and was bleeding profusely from the wound.

"Guys, it's been a pleasure. Now kill these bastards for me..." were his last words.

If that player dies, the Avenger will receive a gun with one bullet to use the next day to try to avenge that players death. Cannot receive more than 2 bullets over the course of the game. Back up on the 30th floor, the power returned to the building. The lights came back on, the Christmas tree lit back up, and the music even started playing again. The group looked around and things started to calm down a bit. The terrorists had mostly moved into one of the offices, so the group could move around a little and converse once again. Someone suggested that they open some of the gifts as part of the office gift exchange. This sounded like a good idea, so they went to retrieve a couple of them before the terrorists could stop them.

RULES FOR THE GIFT EXCHANGE

If you receive a gift, you can participate in the gift exchange. The rules are as follows:

-The first player to receive a gift keeps their gift.
-The second player to receive a gift can choose to keep their gift or swap with any person ahead of them.
-Any addition players to receive gifts have the same choice, in the order they received their gifts.
-If a player wishes to open their gift, they must inform the mod before the end of the day.
-All gifts selected to be opened, will do so immediately following the lynch for the day.
-Anyone who chooses to not open their gift, will have that gift to start the next day, and are susceptible to having it swapped by new recipients.

All gift recipients will be publicly known, but the actual gifts will be hidden (recipients can share if they want).
