Petyr Baelish is the Master of Coin on the Small Council. He is a skilled manipulator and uses his ownership of brothels in King's Landing to accrue intelligence on political rivals. His spies which are everywhere make him a "knowledgable" man, second in such power only to Varys. He betrayed Eddard Stark to side with House Lannister and King Joffrey Baratheon following the death of King Robert Baratheon. Following the events of the Battle of Blackwater, King Joffrey named Littlefinger the Lord of Harrenhal.

Sansa was pretty awful in the first book but grew on me aloooot in the second book/season

I voted Sansa! She was one of my least favorites in S1 but I think her character has gotten better and better ever since she learned Joffrey is a monster.

Littlefinger is OKAY. I really liked Aidan Gillen as Carcetti but for some reason he annoys me in this role. Maybe it's the accent

Sansa is terrible and you should all feel terrible voting her.

Though this I agree with wholeheartedly. Aidan Gillen sucks in this so much. Any of Littlefinger's shortcomings are down to that. He overacts and the voice he puts on is grating. Carcetti was charismatic and bold but Littlefinger lacks much of the mocking sly charm he's meant to have.
