Anyone else watching/following the games? I'm at home a lot this month, so I'll be watching a bunch of the games.
Norway looks pretty darn good right now (against Nigeria). France put on a beating yesterday. US doesn't play until Tuesday. | | |

US Women's team finally gets to play tomorrow at 3 pm ET. Hopefully shouldn't be a close game, but should serve as a good warm up for the tourney. | | |

Sweden looked really good against Chile, after thy came back after the weather break. U.S. look completely in control of this game at half, as they should be. | | |

U.S. into the finals. Will it be a rematch with Sweden, or a showdown with the orange? I hate that I will be driving Sunday morning and will miss out on the match!
My general takeaways so far:
*Rose Lavelle is a freaking beast, and I look forward to watching her get even better in the next world cup/olympic cycle.
*Alex Morgan must be wearing a bullseye on her back, as she's fouled more than any other player I've seen in a while.
*Naeher came up HUGE on the PK stop today, and is starting to look like an asset in goal, instead of just a player.
*U.S. gave up way too early today by switching to the very defensive 5-4-1 look early in the second half. They should have kept pushing for the third goal to put the game away. | | |

Watching the last little bit of the final with no score yet. But Alex Morgan got fully scissor kicked in the back of the head and the refs didn't talk about it.
