This is shit tier dialogue for an Aquaman movie. This particular story arc from Aquaman is pretty good and was done SUPERBLY in the animated Justice League cartoons but my god they are shitting all over it in this movie adaptation just to make Aquaman sound more "hip". Couldn't they have found a beefed up guy who can actually act or at least have have more than 2 expressions on his face?

Sad they put that girl in a nappy red wig. That does not look cute! And I'm not excited for this at all. Which is a shame cause I used to love DC but I have had no motivation to see any of these movies.

About to see this. I’ve heard it was actually good so I hope I’m pleasantly surprised

Me too sadly. I’m an admitted marvel fan boy and I really enjoyed it. They did a really good job here

It was entertaining and I thought the visuals were quite good.

This is how I felt when I saw Khal Drogo cast as Aquaman. His appearance in Justice League didn't help. But he is surprisingly good in this movie. And really the visuals make the whole experience worth it.

I have nothing against the movie or the casting. I just don't have any great need to see it. I can't get into these newer DC movies. I haven't seen Justice League yet.
I feel like Jason Momoa being in the movie is part of its draw honestly.

Going to see this today, even though I haven't watched Justice League.
