OK- you have been given a magical ability: you can cause a certain crime to never, ever happen again, anywhere around the world. It would cease to exist- essentially become unable to even be considered by people as a possibility. In its place, you will cause every other listed crime to increase.

Which crime do you eliminate? Why?
How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat?

Rape/molestation.

If murder gets removed but all other crimes go up, then illegal drug use increase will have a requisite number of ODs, potentially enough to cover?
