LISTEN UP
As I said in the Marvel poll thread
and the letterboxd thread
and now this thread..
..now that I'm done with the MCU I'm gonna pick another movie universe/franchise to go through. I'm gonna do it slower than I did with Marvel probably. Hopefully
These are the ones I've come up with. Some I have to rewatch fully before ranking/rating them on letterboxd. Some I only have a few movies left in the series to finish off and won't be rewatching the ones I've already seen
Saw: Haven't seen the latest one. Would rewatch the full series since they blur together
James Bond: Would have to rewatch all of them since its been so long with so many. This one would be the biggest undertaking
Friday the 13th: Would have to rewatch all of them
Rocky: I've seen the first and I've seen Creed. Would have to watch the handful in the middle
DCEU: These are poopy. I'd have to watch Wonder Woman and Justice League
Bourne: Need to watch the latest two
Terminator: Need to watch the latest two
Conjuring/Insidious: I'd say these are a shared universe. RIGHT?! Sure! I watched the first one of each and that's it
X-Men: Seen the original three, Logan, Deadpool, Origins. Gotta watch The Wolverine and the latest batch of new ones
Pixar: I've got eight of these to watch, most are recent ones (ik pixar isn't a franchise like the rest of these but you get it)
Paranormal Activity: Need to watch the latest two
Night of the Living Dead: I can't even remember which I've seen, I'd have to watch all six
Man with No Name Trilogy: Seen Good Bad Ugly, would watch all three
THATS ALL I GOT
I don't feel like doing some other big horror series right now like Halloween, Elm Street, Child's Play, Texas Chainsaw, Omen, Exorcist, Hannibal, etc.
Three votes. Gimme your votes, gimme suggestions for other franchises that I forgot, etc. I'll PROBABLY do whichever one has the most votes but no guarantee, I might just use the total number of votes for each to gauge which ones people think would be worth it

I voted for Saw, Bourne and Bond.
I enjoy those movies more than the others. I too haven’t watched the last few Saws’ but enjoy them. bond I think I’ve seen everyone but haven’t seen a lot of the Connery ones in years but always loved them. Bourne movies have always been entertaining as well. Watching them in order would be a great way to spend a rainy day.

There's also the Pirates series. I guess I'd have to rewatch it. The first couple blend for me and I didn't see the last few

Yeah like I said in the letterboxd thread I'm still going through a bunch of big name directors and trying to check off their whole filmographies. He's on my list
