The movie gave me arachnophobia as a kid, not sure if I'd watch it (:

that's taken quite a long time hasn't it? The movie was in the 90s and the original series was in the 60s.

I think some things should be left alone, but in this case, I agree it can't be worse. But it'll feel like a different series if the monsters and aliens look too realistic. :P
