Do you drive in the fast lane, slow lane, middle lane? Are you a rule follower or do you go with the flow of traffic, etc?

I get paid while I'm driving so I'm literally never in a hurry

Not always but on freeways there are 3, sometimes 4 lanes in my area. In California (LA area) I think they have 5/6 lanes on bigger freeways?

Going with the flow seems the closest, I'm not overly aggressive but I'm definitely always going 5-10 over

I'm honestly such an asshole driver. Very safe, but I usually go 15-20 over and I get really mad and tailgate when people cruise in the fast lane. I'm definitely more chill when I'm not on the highway, but when you get me on the freeway I definitely live up to the California stereotype.

I don't like to speed (likely overly speed) so I'll go with the flow unless the weather/roads are bad and in that case, I'm in the slow lane and I am in no hurry even if I am in a hurry. I'm a cautious driver

It's all applied game theory.

Kinda depends, am I going to be on the freeway for more than a few minutes? -> Fast lane 10-20 over.
If not I just go with the flow (but still try to pass slow drivers of course).

For me it depends if I’m on the clock or off work

In the morning I’m tired and drive in the slow lane at the speed limit. On my way home from work it’s fast lane and I’m flying. Normally I go the speed limit and rarely pass people. I also get hit by every light and my family makes fun of me for it. My mother in law won’t let me drive when she’s around. She hates my driving.

I'm pretty much fast lane/move out of the way but I'll try to only go 9 over, and I'll get out of the fast lane when I can. Especially if there are cars going way faster than me.

if you're driving the speed limit on the left side of the highway you're DOING IT WRONG and i will judge you internally but not honk or tailgate or anything.

if you don't get into my car fast enough i have been known to allegedly run over your foot
