You awake in the morning after feeling pretty okay with how yesterday went. Obviously it could have been handled in a bit of a better way, but you don't see any reason to a negative nancy about anything. You make your way downstairs to heat up some of your favorite Eggo waffles. In your sleepy daze, you reach into the fridge until your hand hits something solid.

You gasp and back away, horrified. Zersch seems to have been shoved into the freezer, mouth agape from the shock of being attacked.

Zersch has been killed.

Welcome, Zersch, to Christmas Mafia 2k17! You are the cat lady aunt. You can’t go anywhere without bringing at least three of your cats. The kids love Smokey, Tabitha, and Whiskers, right? Sure, they also scratch some of the kids too but thats fine. What you don’t tell your family is that you and your cats love to watch...and your cats love to tell you what they see. You are the watcher. Every night, you may choose one player. You will learn every player that visits that player, if any. You may not watch the same player two nights in a row. You are aligned with the TOWN. You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.

As you stagger back, you notice that there is someone laying on the island. Your hand covers your mouth in shock as you try to get away from the scene. TiB seems to be sprawled out on the island after a bottle of egg nog has been smashed against his head. Before you can get out of the kitchen, he jumps up with a groan. "Ah god, I guess I had a pretty wild night." he says before looking down at the smashed bottle of egg nog. "Could have been worse, I guess." You just look confused and worried but it doesn't seem to phase him as he wanders off to be back with the family.

TiB has survived an attack.

After that, you stroll into the back patio in hopes of being able to see out into the snow for the first time. The blizzard seems to be raging on, but you can make out a figure lying in the snow. You can immediately recognize the person to be Sock. You gasp yet again, not expecting to see another person down for the count. But before you can go wake the rest of the family, you see Sock begin to make snow angels where he lays. He's smiling and calls out, "Gotta make the best out of a bad situation!" he says before hopping up and hobbling his way back inside.
