WOOWOOWOOOWOOOWOOWOOWOOWOO! The cop car flies down the street, leaving a trail of snow behind it as it speeds for a particular house. Despite his rush, Zach still takes the time to follow the law and stop for a red traffic light. Upon stopping, Zach pulls out his scanner and smiles. He feels good about tonight's investigation. Maybe he'll get somewhere today! He rolls down the window to let the cool winter breeze hit his face. He looks back a the traffic light, still red. He looks to his side. Red. He looks around him. Red. Red everywhere. Suddenly, Zach feels a very hot sensation as he starts to burn alive. Guess he shouldn't have left his window open, allowing that Molotov cocktail to just conveniently sail into his patrol car.

Despite it being pitch black at town square, the figure move towards the lynching post. Patting and admiring it dearly, the figure hops up onto the stage and stares at his imaginary audience. As the moon shines down and the man cracks a smile, the reflection of his grills makes it apparent that it's none other than DS! DS reaches into his jacket and quickly pulls out a gun, pointing it down at the imaginary crowd. "Pow" he whispers to himself. DS places it back into his jacket. And pulls it out again, pointing in another direction. "Pow" he whispers again. One more time. DS pulls the gun out and points once more. "Pow" he says with finality. He nods in confidence, but is clueless to the fact that his imaginary audience isn't so imaginary. In fact, a shadowy figure has made themselves onto the stage behind DS. Before he can whip out his gun and really let off a pow, the figure pushes DS right into the lynching rope! DS drops his gun onto the ground and gets his neck noosed. The figure watches as DS kicks and yelps before his neck snaps. No vengeance will be had tonight.

Zach as town cop was showing he wasn't mafia. The write up doesn't show goo, cult, wolf, alien, etc. and based on Zach's comments on previous days I'd say that matches.

I think you're missing the point. Zach visited DS to investigate him. And Zach wasn't cult (this is a bit of confirmation bias but he still seemed non-culted Townie yesterday)

Like, my role isn't Goo investigator. It's just a generic visiting role. So you kinda have to take my word for it when I say that X isn't Goo.
