My answers drastically change by season

Let's go with present season.

-Door closed
-Fan on in part for temperature in part for white noice.
-I typically leave a light on.
-Always under some sort of cover/sheet, depends on season how thick it is.
-I like thin pillows.

Door closed always. Sleeping with the door open is weird

It's cold as shit here at night so no fan. Windows shut. Pure darkness and no noise except for my space heater on a timer sometimes. Music every so often but only when I don't have work in the morning because sometimes it wakes me up in the middle of the night. Under as many covers as I can possibly find including my heating blanket, I get cold super easily

My door is always open. That's a function of having a cat who likes to sleep with us for part of the night, and if you shut the door and he's not in, he'll let the whole house know he's not happy. Plus, his litter box is in the bathroom in our bedroom and I don't like cleaning up cat shit on the rug.

right now i don't sleep with a fan or the windows open because i'd freeze.
i usually sleep with pure silence but my neighbors like to play guitar late at night so i have learned to deal with that.
i sleep like a dead person with my arms crossed over my chest and everything under the covers.
i sleep with two smaller pillows.

Sleep with door open - Have cats and kids. Door only closes if kids are awake and it's naughty time. And that's not sleeping.

Sleep with fan on - Wife likes the ceiling fan, I could care less

I need pure darkness - it helps

White noise is a plus - it also helps, especially removing street noises.

Birthday suit only! - clothes in bed were banned long ago

under covers & On top of covers- I roll around a lot

Big pillows (i.e. foam) - stomach sleeper who puts my arms under the pillow to kind of rest on my hands through the pillow, so start out with nice hard pillow that degrades into a big lumpy thing over time

Door open cuz otherwise Ellie gets pissed and whines/scratches at it all night

Fan on usually, the white noise is nice

Small pillows I guess? But I stack a couple of them anyway so it kinda evens out

Sleep with door open - the only reason is because I want the dog to be able to roam freely. Otherwise, it's door closed!

Sleep with window open - Always during the winter time!

Sleep with fan on - Always, period! The cold + the noise is all helpful

TV on - I seem to fall asleep easier with the tv on, honestly. The noise is helpful, but if I like the movie/show it can keep me up way late. But when I actually decide to turn over and go to sleep, I fall asleep immediately!

Under covers
On top of covers - I'm in between! I do both at the same time while I fall asleep, then under the covers for the remainder of the night

Big pillows (i.e. foam)
Small pillows (i.e. feather) - All pillows and as many pillows are welcome in my bed!
