Challenge 4-2: Create-a-Game

Rules: In this challenge, three men will be tasked with creating and hosting a quick original game on the board. Here is a link to the last time we did this challenge for two perfect examples of this: http://www.ndimforums.com/fe/thread.asp?threadid=2351&pp=50

The game must be on site and should not last longer than a day. You will have 24 hours to think of a game idea and from there, you will use the rest of the deadline to find a day to host it with a small group of FEers who wish to participate. Games suited for no more than 6 people would be ideal. Be very mindful that two others are also trying to get games started as well so think more on originality and creativity than an epic tale. After each game has been run, we will vote for ONE winner to move on to the finals. I would advise that all of you start thinking of concepts now (:

I'm going to spell it out right now that three remaining who do not get picked for this challenge will also be hosting three games of their own - three extremely short mini mafia games!

Due to SIX games being run for this in the coming days, we're going to be lenient with deadlines but we don't expect anyone to take advantage. More info on deadlines will come when poll results are over.

Actually I think I did the mini-mafia one too, so I don't care which I get.

I like Zersch/Shadow/Jamie for this and Vlady/Ben/Tim for Mafia. Best possible combos imo

For the six who are doing these, I would shoot for slightly smaller games because scheduling might be a bitch. There’s gonna be six games hosted over the next handful of nights most likely and you’re gonna have to get people to be around to play them (unless you host a non-live game). Part of your task is actually securing the people to play

I’d say 5/6 is ideal but if you think you can make yours work with more or less then go for it

Tim is ideal for mafia host? you obviously know something I don't ...

And you guys can start fighting over me to play in your games, since that'll make you look good.

I've seen Vlady, Ben and Zersch do mafia games ... lets see them in this one

No joke. I ran that game for HOURS and that doesn't include all the time it took me to make my pieces and tiles. It was the worst.

Yeah, I think Zersch/Jamie/Shadow seem more geared toward creative game and Vlady/Tim/Ben seem more geared for Mafia

I voted not Zersch for the mafia game because I don't want him inadvertently or vertently (lol) using roles from our upcoming game. :P
