I thought I'd be okay watching the dead people montage, but then Prince appeared and I got a little emotional and then Carrie was last and I couldn't hold back the tears. I'm surprised they didn't sneak Bill Paxton into it, but then I realized he didn't die in 2016. | |

i don't understand the love for moonlight. the ending was especially frustrating
arrival was my favorite of the ones i saw (arrival, moonlight, lala, hidden figures)

I hate award shows - besides the comedian/host but i can't sit through it all just for that. And,hopefully to see a "star" blast Trump. Cause I imagine even Trumpsters may watch the Oscars. | | |

I had changed channels before Best Picture was announced because I assumed it would go to La La Land, and I flipped back to see who won and the La La Land group was up, so I changed immediately without seeing what they were doing, and then I changed back because someone on Facebook said Moonlight had won. I was sooo confused until I saw the video. | |

I didn't think Moonlight was the best movie of the year either but I think it was a better winner than La La Land at least. LLL won all the stuff it did deserve anyway
The LLL producer handled that rly well. That's gotta SUCK! Was kinda hilarious to watch tho |  |
