So the site was taken down because the NDimforums.com domain name is hosted on Godaddy. Clearly I need to have a standby domain name for emergencies, something I'll get to implementing so something came out of this.

But NDim by and large was inaccessible for four hours. ProM was the only site not affected because it's currently the only site on NDim to use a domain name of its own.

I read that this was meant to be a counter-attack for Godaddy supporting SOPA. This quote in particular:
