It was a peaceful day on Gibraltar. Not a soul could be seen...save for one, solitary fellow. Overseer Blaise, they called him. A dapper man he was, loved by one and all.

Blaise walked the makeshift battlements and surveyed the destruction that had occurred just a day earlier. He grazed his hand against a large, burned out crater in the middle of the steel wall in front of him. He sighed to himself and shook his head, before he continued walking to survey the rest of the damage. This would take a while. He dutifully walked to the end of a bridge and started down some steps...and that's when he saw it.

A large group of Overwatch members stared back up at him.

"Greetings. I did not realize you were still stationed on Gibraltar." he said in his usual monotonous, yet somehow charming tone.

"We made a special trip just to see you!" one of them said with a grin. Blaise smiled back at them.

"Well, that was awfully kind of you." he blushed, before hearing heavy footsteps behind him. He slowly craned his neck around and discovered several more Overwatch members standing behind him.

"Lovely, more heroes. Greetings to you all." he said, before the figure behind him cleared their throat.

"git fukn dunked on scrub" they spat, before pulling out a gun and firing several rounds into Blaise's chest. The other so-called heroes immediately joined in, shooting, hacking, slashing, and brutalizing the poor overseer.

Blood rushed out all around Blaise's body as he looked at them with sorrowful eyes.

"Thank you for the game." he said with the last of his strength, before a boot came crashing down on his head with a sickening crunch.

"gg ez" the figure sneered at Blaise as he drew his last breath.

The throng retreated into a nearby command center to summon the rest of Overwatch into their trap. The coup had only just begun.

Day 1 has begun. The day will last 24 hours or until a lynch majority has been reached, whichever comes first. With 23 alive, it will take 12 to reach majority. However, plurality IS in effect today.
