Do we really not have a thread for this? Weird
Just saw it and liked it. I wouldn't rank it up with the best Marvel movies (Iron Man 1 & 3, Guardians) but it was definitely one of the better ones. The action was gr8 as to be expected with a superhero movie but I thought the Russos did a far better job handling all the people onscreen at once than Whedon did in the Avengers movies

Spiderman stole the movie tbh. I thought it was a fun/fresh take |

Rhodey should've died or at least stayed paralyzed for sure. I know it's a Marvel movie so I dunno why I expected anything different, but I would've thought he was expendable enough to have as a casualty to up the conflict that much more. GUESS NOT!
It's weird how Quicksilver's the only major character to die in these movies still, iirc (Coulson died too but he came back on the show and who gives a shit about him anyway). Quicksilver went out so unceremoniously too compared to how Rhodey's death would've been |

Spidey/Ant-Man were awesome. I thought the movie was great.
I expected War Machine to die so that was a good surprise. |

I completely disagree. I thought Spider-Man was annoying, whiny, and unfunny. Wanda and Vision stole the show. Team Captain was better in every single way but I loved Black Panther. |

What did Wanda actually do besides that brief apartment 'fight' tho? Honest question
but yeah, I thought Black Panther was a nice surprise. He didn't really get enough screentime to fully flesh him out but I liked the glimpses that were shown at least. Him flipping sides at the end was a cool moment and surprisingly didn't feel forced. Actually looking forward to his solo movie |

Oh, there was a fight just behind me between a very verbal black woman and some tiny asian chick.
The black chick said something like "I'M GONNA GO TO JAIL IF THIS BITCH DON'T SHUT UP" and strutted out of the room. | |

You are antagonizing me for enjoying Wanda's part in the movie even though she was not SUPER INVOLVED in the action. Am I not allowed to enjoy Sharon then? |

I thought the movie was great. It did a great job of juggling everyone but still keeping the story moving and focused. Much better than AoU but that was to be expected. Great spider-man. I was worried about the moving eyes but it gives him great expressions that are truer to the comic. Sort of like the deadpool mask. Plus he won't have to take the mask off every five minutes like in the other movies. Also really enjoyed the return of Antman and Vision was well played as well. I look forward to the future of the movies wheras I was worried they'd run out of steam after AoU. |

I loved it. So much better than Age of Ultron. The last 2 Captain America movies have been fantastic. Though this one didn't necessarily feel like a Captain America movie with all of those characters on screen.

It was so great to see Spiderman in the mix! And so weird (but welcome) to have him already be established as Spider-man. Ant-man was good too. Was cool to see a new character in Black Panther and to see Vision with a lot more screen time. Black Widow will always be one of my favourites though. |

I also liked Sam and Bucky's scenes together. |
