Yet another Video Game edition, this time chronicling the year 2007. Vote for every game on the list that you have played. Which ones did you enjoy? Hate? Never quite finished? Any that you still want to try or get into?

Various honorable mentions:

The Lord of the Rings Online
Skate
Super Paper Mario
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games
The Simpsons Game
The Darkness

I wasn't gaming beyond things that could run on my Gateway computer during this time, so although this was a great year for gaming on paper, I only got into a few of these in recent years.

Team Fortress 2 - Picked it up for free when I first got Steam, way after it's hype had long died. Fun for what it is.

Portal - Great.

Assassin's Creed - Got incredibly repetitive pretty quick into the game and the story was pretty boring too. Thankfully the second one I got during a Free w/ Gold deal, I otherwise probably never would have gotten it.

Crackdown - I probably would really loved this when it first came out, but I got this for free... a little over a year or so ago? Didn't age well at all.

Manhunt 2 - I only played a little bit of this... I forget the exact circumstances because I never actually owned it. I remember being fucking terrified throughout and the death animations, at the time, were absolutely brutal.

Portal - p fun. Portal 2 was definitely more polished but I feel like Portal always will have more CHARM to it

BioShock - good game, but I probably would've liked it a lot better if I had played it before Infinite, which I thought was far superior

Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty 4 - eh

Super Mario Galaxy - loved it. I haven't seen many (if any) platformers that have as much creativity in the level designs as the Galaxy games

Like Portal, didn't like The Witcher from what I've played so far.
