Ari surviving is quite concerning. The doctor is gone and I don't see there been another town BP type role.

By the way, I can confirm I lost a life due to the poison from yesterday, but it looks like it doesn't get announced publicly after all.

Yes this attack does sound different than the others but that could be playing flavor

I re-read the flavour.

It definitely seems like they were all targeted by the same attack. An arsonist type role maybe. This would account for the lack of kills we have been seeing.

With the different kinds of kills = poison, bomb, idr the rest, it could mean mafia has different kill styles per goon. I am watching BB (which is more important than this game tbh) so I'll re-read later.
