Oh hey there was an episode tonight. The kiddy toucher from It's Always Sunny was a doctor. Also there was a mafia reference on Talking Dead. DISCUSS!

I liked it. I enjoy beth and it was an appreciated change of pace. The fact that everything wasn't neatly tied up at the end was also a plus.

That's one thing that's going to bother me a little bit though, since it looks like we won't know what happens next for at least 2 weeks, since the next episode looks like it deals with the group that left in the bus last week. But I agree, it was a nice change of pace episode.

Also I lol'd @ the dueling smear campaign ads being run because I've got DirecTV. AMC sponsored commercials saying DirecTV is going to take away The Walking Dead and DirecTV commercials basically saying AMC doesn't know it yet, but they will be renewing their contract for a lower price.

Contract negotiation time is the worst time to watch television.

lol I thought the episode was pretty silly tbh. It felt like a webisode almost. The dick male cop character was so cheesy

*beth looks for something under the bed*
Cop: ....looking for THIS?!
*holds up lollipop
*licks lollipop*

I cringed and laughed so hard. He reminded me of one of Vince Vaughn's sidekick news anchors in Anchorman. GRANTED when he shoved the lollipop in her mouth that was uncomfortable but still

Only things I really liked were the doctor character and the brief part when they entered the basement. I found it really difficult to care about anything that was going on

Yeah the characters were really weak in this one. The cops were so over the top, especially the touchy one. Didn't really care about Noah too much. Dr. Edwards is interesting And overall this was just a really disappointing result in the mystery surrounding Beth tbh.

Looks like everyone's split once again and we're getting group-centric episodes until we're in Washington. I don't mind episodes like this once in awhile but I really prefer to have more where the group is together. Guess this was inevitable with the size of the bloated cast.

I don't really get the hate compared to other episodes- I thought the main cop lady and the doctor were very good characters. There are always ridiculous minor villains like rapey cop. While it was definitely a stark shift, we get to see a different type of society that's formed in that world instead of watching a group of 22 main characters wander in the woods again.

I felt it was going towards good, but it could've dealt with how they found Beth and all before actually dropping her ass in the hospital, or at least clip it in through the episode. Aside from that I was getting tired from watching the same rambles on the group every episode.
I used to travel the universe, but settled for parks.

Me and my friends even had a conversation at the end if that was Carol and we all decided it was a random dude.

Zomg, Carol! :-O!!

This was definitely a change of pace, but it introduced us to a new society, which I'm definitely looking forward too. As we don't get that much, the only ones being: Woodbury and Terminus. And it's a pretty cruel society as well. So I like the refreshing.

And I particulary love how the makers are trying to get personal bonds between multiple characters that would usually not form:

Beth - Daryl
Sasha/Bob and Maggie
Tara and Glenn
Carol, Tyreese and Miccah/Lizzie

So it's now being Carol and Beth. I love those bonding moments between characters.

I cannot wait till the next episode, so much excitment. Each group is just as compelling. This show is really too good for us!
'Oh my god, it's full of stars!'
