Rules:
1.) Posting outside of the game, about the game, or discussing it anywhere is strictly forbidden unless your role says otherwise. It makes the game less fun and fair for everybody involved. Don't do it.

2.) Do not edit or modify your posts, at any point in time. It messes with the flow of the game, it can be used to cover tracks and communicate privately. Don't do it, it breaks stuff!

3.) Do not directly quote or post screenshots of anything said by me, the game host, to you, the player. Paraphrase only.

4.) Play to win for your alignment. Anything else ruins the game, and you'll be ridiculed for the rest of time. Don't do it. Even if you don't like your role, you still signed up to play. Please respect the game and the other players. Remember also that you win with your alignment even if you die in the game.

5.) Once the day ends and the final lynch vote has been cast, please refrain from further discussion.

6.) If you die in the game, it's game over. Please refrain from discussing the game with others until it's over, and please refrain from commenting or interacting with the thread in any way. This includes liking and disliking posts.

7.) Do not claim your character at any point in the game. You may claim your role, but your character must remain private.

General Guidelines:
1.) You are not required to post in character in the public day threads at any point in time. In fact, for game balance purposes, it's strongly advised that you don't.

All roles from this game have been taken from this site, albeit modified in some cases. If you need a general idea of what's out there, take a look.

3.) As host, I have the final say in how things are carried out in a night phase. When it comes to deciding the order of actions, different roles have a different order of precedence. Regardless of how you may have played mafia beforehand, this is a new game with a new host. The word of the host is final, but feel free to ask for clarifications on anything.

4.) Please try and submit all night actions in a timely fashion. Some require a bit more thought, but too much and it holds the game up. If you won't be around much during the night phase, feel free to send your action before the day ends. It makes the game run faster and keeps the momentum going.

If you don't want to submit a night action, please let me know. The night won't end until all actions are submitted or all players have informed me one way or another.
