Children of Men is easily one of my favorites. Probably in my top three. Little Miss Sunshine is also up there. Departed/Prestige/Casino Royale/Last King were all great too. I haven't seen Borat since it was released but I remember it being hilarious

I'd watch any of the five I haven't seen. They all look pretty good. Pan's Labyrinth interests me the most

I've only seen the Pursuit of Happyness from this list and its one of my all time favorite movies.

I've come to the realization that I don't watch that many movies.

Little Miss Sunshine. Was alright. I... really don't get why it got the accolades it did though. Alan Arkin winning an Oscar for it still baffles me.

Pursuit of Happiness. Great movie.

Borat was hysterical. People constantly quoting in school got annoying fast though.

I watched Pan's Labryrinth in my 12th Grade English class. Really good movie, actually.

I... think I may have watched Letters of Iwo Jima. I remember my 11th Grade History teacher talking about it extensively and I vaguely remember a few scenes from it in class. It's a blur though if I did.

Pan's Labyrinth is the clear winner here in my opinion. That movie really showed off del Toro's eye for aesthetics and I can only wonder if he'll ever come up with something that can top it. The only ones I don't really care for are Babel and The Prestige, which is strange because I like Christopher Nolan and most of the actors involved (David Bowie is always a welcome addition).

It feels weird looking back on Pursuit of Happyness and remembering how everyone loved Jaden's performance in that movie and how everyone can't stand him now.

I had to watch An Inconvenient Truth for a class and I'm pretty sure my teacher was in love with Al Gore. She made sure we watched all the special features and gave us little trivia about him throughout the movie.

Oh, and I'll throw in The Lives of Others as another really good movie from '06. It's a German thriller about the government surveillance that took place in East Germany.

I just watched the trailer for that earlier today. Looked pretty interesting. Maybe I'll either watch that or Pan's Labyrinth tonight
