"Let's keep moving." Korr said as he swung his cape around. Natalie frowned at the sight of Bryce's corpse on the ground, but she pushed on.

The greenhouse led the group to the western wing of the mansion. They crept down the carpeted hallway, passing a variety of vintage paintings. They felt the eyes watching them as they walked on by.

Zersch rubbed the back of his head. He felt quite a bit of pain after what had happened to him, but he still had no memory of the event. As he turned the corner of the long hallway, he found himself at the foot of some large stairs.

"we go up?" he asked.

The other six looked around at one another and shrugged. They decided it was time to finally check out the second floor.

At the top of the stairs was a hallway that split two ways. They took a right and found themselves in front of two large, double doors. KC pushed them open slowly.

The room on the other side was an extremely large bedroom. The ceilings stretched high, and a king sized bed sat under a tapestry. The fireplace was roaring with flames.

"This was Paul's room..." Kiwi said.

Behind the bed, mounted on the wall, was a grand portrait of the once healthy Von Paul. His stern face looked over his old members even in death.



Everyone shuddered.

A separate wing was adjoined to Paul's room. They group peered inside. It appeared to be some sort of makeshift hospital room.

"This must've been for when Paul got sick." said Korr.

The room was dark and came with an unpleasant odor. Bloody rags were strung around the room. No one wished to step a foot inside. They closed the door and walked backwards into Paul's room.

"Should we have a look around?"
