Rap Rock Indie Pop Alternative and then New Wave for other.

Oh New Wave I like that. haha.

I like Rock music, and alternative Rock the best.

But I also enjoy Techno (though them re-branding it as Dubstep turned me off to it a bit)

I listen to a lot of pop music because it's always on the radio, and I'm not sure if I like it or if I've just been conditioned to listen to it all the time. Songs I initially don't like will get stuck in my head forever.

I hate Country and most rap but Hip Hop can be ok at times, it depends on the message it's trying to convey.

I find it incredibly difficult to rank genres because my taste is really mixed. And I never even know what genre's some of my favorite bands would really fit under! BUT..

Alternative>Indie>Classical>Rock>>>Hip Hop>Rap>Pop I suppose

I despite country music. Don't listen to heavy metal, punk, or techno at all really

Alternative/Indie/Classical/Rock are my favorites. Most of my favorite bands would probably fit under alternative rock or indie rock. I listen to classic and instrumental all the time, like movie scores. LOVE ME A GOOD MOVIE SCORE

yeah movie scores are great, and scores from musicals both in movies and on broadway.

Definitely like mainstream music. I listed my 3 as Pop, Hip-Hop and Rap. I listen to all 3 a good amount. My favorite is definitely Mariah Carey, especially her 90s stuff.

I also enjoy Classic Rock, like Queen, Styx and Journey. Country is okay at times, and so is alternative. I don't really like Indie, and the only thing I despise is Heavy Metal.

I went with Hip Hop/Rap/Indie/Classical/Pop but really I'll listen to anything but Country

Noise Rock, Punk, Hardcore, Math Rock, Indie and Classic Rock make the bulk of my playlist.

Hate most manufactured mainstream shit. When my old MP3 player busted before I got my iPod, I about died when I had to suffer with the radio. Only thing up here is about 20 Country stations, a Top 40 station and NPR. NPR it was.

Rock, Classic Rock, Heavy Metal, Punk, Alternative (especially 90's), Hip Hop from 2000 or early, Rap (mostly old school) Death/Thrash Metal. I'll listen to techno every now and then too.
